Your Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan,
I am Pakistani by nationality and residing in USA since 1987, and have visited Karachi, Pakistan my hometown three times. During my absence and in the year 1998 , FIA Karachi affixed a notification of seizure on my door declaring my apartment in Clifton as a Benami Property, Although on the day of affixing on the door of the apartment, my mother had gone to live with my cousin for a while. One of my sons was in Karachi at that time and had also returned back from out of town trip, he did not understood the meaning of Seizure notice on the door and he then approached a Lawyer of High Court , Mr. Daud Khaled Pota and he petitioned to High court to deseal the apartment which was wrong as the apartment was never sealed, but seized . The reason of their declaring Benami was due to Liquidation of Alliance Motors and its subsidiary. From the mother of the owner my mother had borrowed RS250000.00 as loan against her all lifetime gold jewellery, there was a receipt signed by them. My apartment was bought two year before that transaction took place FIA had seized many properties and there was a quite a long list of Properties bought as benami by Alliance Motors and these were to go in liquidation to cover the losses of general public. None of these lists ever had a name of my apartment as the benami property. My power of attorney given to my son Faisal Siddique had my current signature then and it did not match with signature as on my actual property document, as I had bought the property around 1982, the copies of which were submitted to High court. The High court gave their verdict that the case cannot be resolved until I, Mohammad Siddique present myself to the High court official assignee liquidator Mr. Shafi Muhammadi for inquiry. Official assignee Mr. Safi Muhammadi tried to prove my power of attorney to my son as being fraudulent. As a result I went to Karachi and presented myself to then Official Assignee Mr. Safi Muhammadi, I was given run around to his office for almost every day for more than a month and I was asked most of the question not related to the case. At this time my Lawyer was Mr. Faisal Arab, who was later appointed as High Court Judge. Finally I completed the process of the said inquiry. I had to leave for USA under the fear that I may lose my job for being absent for such a long time as I had asked for two weeks and it took me almost 2 months. During my enquiry assistant to Mr. Faisal Arab was present with me for half of the time and finally he suggested me to pay to Mr. Safi Muhammadi around Rs. 7 laces in kick back (bribe) to get the case turned in my favour and obtain the clearance within 48 hours. Although everything was clear, my apartment is not a benami property and was never sealed and was in my possession all the time.
I have always loved Pakistan and was residing in Karachi since 1947, I, along with my parents had migrated to Pakistan from India. I was always against the bribery and corruption and during tenure of residency in USA since 1987; I was so much impressed with the true Justice provided to politicians, government officials to common man. No living being was spared due to their wrong doings. Why cannot this be in Pakistan
Upon my return to USA after completion of inquiry, I one day heard that Mr. Safi Muhammadi submitted his report saying that I left Pakistan without completion of my inquiry with him, the other facts pertaining to inquiry he did hide the facts of truth in the answers to his inquiry with me. I had to come back to Karachi and I had no Lawyer then as Mr. Faisal Arab was appointed as High Court judge, I visited him in Sinch High Court and he suggested me to retain a good lawyer and get him to get his then assistant Mr. Hassan to be witness to the fact that I had completed my inquiry, and the reason of his hiding the truth was due to his failure to get kick back money in the sum of Rs. 7 lacks, and also the fact that he did not have any prosecution to prove my apartment being a benami property. I then hired Mr. Kamal Afzar (Former Governor of Sindh), He presented my case to the High court and proved that my property was not a benami giving reference of Supreme Court case verdict in a similar case, in which it was mentioned that if the owner is living in the property and has the ownership documents in his/her possession, the property cannot be declared as benami property. My mother and my son along with my cousin were in possession of the property and were residing there ever since I left for USA. Then again I heard one day that Mr. Safi Muhammadi had filed the petition that we had broken the seal of the apartment and has taken the possession. The Honorable Judge had asked Mr. Safi Muhammadi to present the proof, if the property had ever been sealed. There was no such proof. Then Mr. Shafi Muhammad asked the court to give him time and that I be present again for another inquiry. Court granted it and I had to come to Karachi by January 2010. It was very difficult to get the leave and besides I was not feeling well for most of the time as being patient of diabetes since 1978. Somehow Mr. Safi Muhammad had known very well that it will not be easy for me to come to Karachi again due to inability to get the leave and besides. It was the fact that this time getting leave for long time was not possible with pay. Mr. Shafi Muhammadi had retired and was replaced by the new one (name not known). Almost two months ago Mr. A. Qader Umrani also Official Assignee liquidator took advantage of the situation and asked the court to suspend my lawyer’s petition to declare myself the bonafide owner of the apartment. It was suspended and consequently my two sons, their wives and 6 children were kicked out of the apartment and it was sealed. I do not understand as to why the action was necessary, although my property was declared by Sindh high court as not a benami, and beside it is already proved in the same court that my apartment was not sealed.
It is also the fact that the said case of Alliance Motors was handed over to NAB and that official assignees of Sindh High Court had no jurisdiction over Alliance Motors’ case. The Chairman of Alliance Motors, Mr. Ibrahim was in their custody for quite a few years during their investigation of all the benami cases and to recover the money. Once Mr. Shafi Mohammad wrote to NAB saying that we had broken the seal of my apartment and that we were leaving in the apartment, NAB never approached to us in this regard.
Currently my Lawyer Mr. Kamal Afzar has petitioned in the Supreme Court Karachi and has not been able to get the hearing date, due to current situation of Judges appointment in both the courts of all provinces and also absence of Supreme Court Judges for Karachi bench due to NRO cases.
Your honor, I have been fighting the case since last 12 years and do not know, as to where I stand at right now my Lawyer Mr. Kamal Afzar is perhaps loosing the interest and one time he returned my case related file to my son asking him to retain another Lawyer, but I called him and one of his assistant convinced him that I will definitely present myself again for another inquiry.
Your honour, onetime I had sent the Complaint to Karachi NAB office, of this harassment by Mr. Safi Muhammad and his demand of bribe, this I did while I was present at that time the complaint was handed over to receptionist at NAB office. In the case of Alliance’s liquidation, Since last twenty years or so, The Karachi High Court Liquidation office’ s Assignees From Mr. Bashir Memon, to Mr. Umrani , t Mr. Shafi Muhammadi and to Clerk Mr. Sajjad (nephew of assignee Mr. Bashir Memon) have made money in Crores from these Cases by means of transferring the liquidation properties for very cheap price to their Relatives and Friends. I think the purpose of my harassment was to capture my property and to dispose off in the same manner as they did this with all the benami properties of Alliance Motor.
Since My case is not heard yet, Mr. A. Qader Umrani official assignee is trying to auction my apartment before my case can be heard in the supreme court, I have asked my Lawyer Mr. Kamal Afzar to somehow stop the auction, he is too much busy in running back and forth to Islamabad for his possible involvement in NRO cases.
Your honor, I need justice fast. I have spent most of my life time saving to three lawyers whom I hired. Please consider this as my petition to order the inquiry in this case and stop the evil will of Mr. A. Qader Umrani and his clerk Mr. Sajjad . My sons, their wives and Children are almost on the road and have no place to go. We need the apartment back so that my rest of the family can live in it, currently they have been given a shelter by relatives in a very narrow place.

I have been proven not guilty because only Rizwan Memon was with Mehran Qureshi at the crime scene. I was at my home when the crime was committed. Rizwan has given 164 in court. Rizwan Memon’s statement clarifies everything. My bail was granted but then Mohd Aslam Qureshi appealed against us in High Court Sindh, where it was disposed off.

But know Shafqat Shah Sherazi (Ex-Distt: Nazim Thatta) is trying for reinvestigation in order to involve me again. He is a big political enemy of ours and he has just got an opportunity to hit us back using cheap politics. It is a request of a sincere party worker to help us out from this time of hardship. For example Janab Sardar Latif Khan Khosa, who was removed from the Attorney Journal position on account of corruption charges as well as from the Minister Incharge of IT ministry on the same account has issued white paper claiminng an annual corruption of 55 billions. Likewise Steel Mills corrruption has been condemed by the Supreme court and the buddy of the present ruling regime the Ex. Chairman is behind the bars. In this heavily flood ruined country, foregn visit of the honorable president is being criticised nationally as well as internationally. Sugar Scandel, Petrolium scandel, hajj qouta scandel and alot of scandels arise every day. Janab Safdar Abbasi and janaba Sheri Rehman and Naheed Khan sahibas crminal silence is aggravating the PPPs workers love for Muhaterma BeNazeer Shaheed sahiba. Amazingly every body is enjoying and no body wishes to probe into muder of their beloved leader. The peoples are enjoying just because of contraversial will of Mohetrma, but no body is willing to give value the undoubted will of Mohterma wherein she pointed out her muderers.

i had a wonderful oppurtunity of meeting Madam Fuzia Wahab today. Unlike the picture that is given to us(the ordinary citezens of pakistan) by the so called “responsible” media of pakistan, she was extremely kind and warm to everyone who came to meet her. The media tells us almost everyday through their television and press reports that the ministers and the MNAs of the governing party are arrogant, rude and pompus. I will like to advise the media to make an effort and meet the members of the ruling party and see how warm they are. After all the PPP is the PEOPLES’ PARTY. I will love to contribute towards the democratic system of pakistan through LUBP and from now on i will do so.

Smuggling and its effects on economy.
Smuggling severely harms the economy of a country in multidimensional ways. It undermines the local industry, discourages legal imports and reduces the volume of revenues collected from duties and levies by the state. Unfortunately a parallel underground economy has taken roots in Pakistan. A major proportion of the revenue to be collected by the Government is being lost, over and above the adverse impact that the smuggled items cause to our industry. Obviously this can not be done without connivance of the corrupt officials including those in the law enforcement agencies and every one is aware of it but no action is being taken.
Markets and Shops across the country are flooded with smuggled goods of any and all descriptions. Smuggled items through the borders of Iran, Afghanistan, China, and the Afghan Transit Trade form a major part of the informal economy volume of which ranges between 50 to 60 per cent of the formal economy. Smuggling has assumed an alarming proportion and turned out to be a parallel economy, which is depriving the country of its rightful levies including excise and customs duty worth hundreds of billions of Rupees. Thousands of industrial units have been rendered sick, due to the availability of smuggled goods in open markets. Afghan Transit Trade is the main source of smuggling into Pakistan and its annual volume has been estimated about five to six billion dollars, about 70% of the total smuggling causing a revenue loss of about 2.5 to 3 billion dollars annually (which has been almost tripled during 2008-2010) to the national exchequer. Afghan imports under Afghan Transit Trade are actually arranged for back smuggling into Pakistan with the help of Afghan traders. It is not possible to determine the precise amount of revenue loss and size of black money or shifting of money abroad. Revenue loss on account of smuggling of Afghan transit trade alone, as estimated by the World Bank, amounted to US$ 35 billion during nine years from 2001 to 2009. Smuggling has now become a routine part of all economic activities in Pakistan which hardly raises any eye brows nor stirs the slightest fear of the law. Pakistan is facing the challenge of measuring and countering enormous revenue leakages and black money — its size estimated to be three time the regular economy. People are bringing in Pakistan petroleum products from Iran which is cheaper than in Pakistan. The volume of this trade is estimated to about rupees two billions. Even improvised explosive devices are being smuggled via Afghanistan are contributing to a climate of fear. Smuggled materials help militants prepare suicide jackets, explosive-laden vehicles and other sorts of explosive bombs. Involvement of Pakistan customs officials in this smuggling racket cannot be ruled out. With their connivance the containers registered in the name of NATO containing alcohol, expensive spices and other contraband items are also offloaded in Pakistan.
Another gateway for smuggling i.e. Afghan Transit Trade through Wahga Border has been opened by the present regime which would result in a big chunk of Indian goods destined for Afghanistan would ultimately land in our domestic market, which would damage the national economy of Pakistan which is already dwindling because of the impact of the war on terror and Afghan transit trade.
It is no secret that Pakistani tax evaders have been transferring to Swiss banks huge amounts of money generated through illegal activities by some politicians, bureaucrats, terrorist networks and businessmen to Swiss banks. White-collar crimes are also responsible for facilitating transfer of capital towards informal economy either from the black market or the formal economy with the connivance of FRB’s officials. Due to Pakistan’s low productivity resulting from massive exemptions, poor administration, low threshold, and lack of transparency and enforcement, the country faces a massive challenge of balancing low revenues and the avaricious politicians, corrupt bureaucrats, and greedy businessmen, who are mostly crook, corrupt and tax evaders, succeed to remit this black money to their hidden accounts in Switzerland and other European countries.
On the one hand parallel economy in Pakistan is growing at an alarming rate of 20 percent per annum and on the other hand, according to an estimate, the money lying in Swiss banks of Pakistanis has reached to the tune of US $200 billion. The volume of black money generated in the year 2008-09 alone has been measured by the independent sources which is not less than $ 40 billion. The rent-seekers and beneficiaries of loan write-offs in Pakistan have also shifted funds worth billions of dollars to Switzerland.
To curtail the existing high volume of smuggling through Afghan Transit Trade Pakistan needs to revise the transit agreement. Both the countries should also reach on a uniform taxation mechanism on imports. Anti-smuggling and anti-corruption laws need to be strengthened and their implementation in letter and spirit through a dedicated staff should be ensured. Pakistani policy-makers must realize that a sound development strategy seeks to reduce the size of the informal economy and bring into the open resources that lie in the form of black money. FBR should remove distortions from the economy, bring all the sectors and taxpayers in the tax net, curtail smuggling, curb parallel economy, and take all the stakeholders into confidence and make it business friendly. At the same time, it should rationalize the taxation system to attract the influential industrialists to pay taxes. Measures should also be taken to discourage under-invoicing and proper documentation of economy should take place to bring the informal economy under the tax net. According to an estimate, presently tax evaders in Pakistan annually deprive the country of revenue of over US $20 billion in aggregate but the government, instead of putting them behind bars, encourages their unlawful activities.
After signing Avoidance of Double Taxation Treaty with Switzerland, it is now possible to retrieve the looted funds if the government under its Article 25(1), Pakistan should also seek information regarding Pakistanis maintaining accounts in Switzerland as has been done by many other countries in recent past. A good thing in fresh legislation of Switzerland is that now burden of proving that the money came from legal sources would lie with the allegedly corrupt official, rather than the Swiss state. If the official could not prove a legitimate origin of his or her Swiss assets, they would be confiscated by the Swiss state. The Government should take immediate steps to retrieve this black money which will surely discourage the smuggling tendency also.

I am little skeptical about the people in the Government going through all the comments posted on this web site. Further, I don’t see any reply or action posted against each comment/suggestion to win the trust of the people. So they also feel their importance in building better Pakistan.
However, I take this opportunity and suggest the following to address the biggest problem i.e. MONEY – needed by the Government to run and serve better:
1. Abolish all the indirect taxes levied under various heads and pass a law through National Assymbly that every earning Pakistani citizen in Pakistan should pay a flat rate of 5% income tax. Make Local Governments strong to register every person earning through any source and thus recovering the 5% income tax.
2. Once local Governments are in place and made strong, The Government don’t need Army of Ministers in the Federal and provincial level
3. Unit and make one Pakistan, without any province.
Suggestion 2 & 3 shall save billions of Rupee being spend at the present time

ALTAF HUSSAIN ASKS THE PEOPLE TO COME FORWARD FOR REVOLUTION

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that getting rid of the looters and plunderers of national wealth and establishing a system based upon the principles of justice and equity were the only way out to pull the country from the abyss of economic degradation and setting the country on the road of progress and prosperity. He was talking to the volunteers of Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF) in the cities of Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Sialkot, Gilgit and Quetta simultaneously on the second day of the Eid. He said that the big landlords having large landed estates, chieftains and businessmen always managed to come to power in Pakistan by changing faces and political parties in the past 63 years and in order to secure their personal and family interests they ravaged the wealth of the country and established big estates and properties in foreign countries.

Mr Altaf Hussain said that it was because of the unending rampant corruption and destruction of national wealth that our country has become penniless while some families had accumulated wealth beyond imagination and we were begging before the world with little regard to the national honour and self-respect. “These thieves have impoverished the country to such an extent that if the country is not freed from their clutches they would despoil the country of whatever remained”. Mr Altaf Hussain emphasised that the country needed a revolution of the poor and middle class people and he added that angels would not descend from heaven but people, particularly the younger generation, would have to come forward.

Mr Altaf Hussain stressed upon MQM workers to speed up the work of spreading the message of the party for bringing the revolution. He praised the workers for working day and night for the movement. He prayed Allah to free the country from the clutches of big landlords, businessmen, chieftains, who had despoiled national wealth and to establish a just rule of the honest and duteous people from 98 per cent poor and middle class segment. He also prayed for freeing the country from terrorism, corruption, lawlessness, corruption, nepotism, social evils and injustices and for making the struggle of MQM successful for establishing a better society in the country.

In the end Mr Altaf Hussain greeted MQM workers and KKF volunteers a Happy Eid and said that the collection of hides of sacrificial animals in large numbers in Karachi and the whole of Sindh, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Baluchistan, KP augurs well for the party and was an indicator of the trust which the people had in MQM. He commended the efforts of MQM workers and KKF volunteers in collecting the hides.

There are plenty of questions regarding RGST.Still, it is an enigma either,,,, it is going to be implemented or not.The way it is going to be presented,,, defiinitey, the members of the sitting government seem quite ill- prepared to answer the each and every aspect of the topic,RGST.

Q8.Don’t we have some substitues of RGST?
Q9.Could it easily be passed by al the Provincial Assemblies?
Q10.Due to its implementation, do we get rid of all financial crisis?
Q11.Is it true that it is going to be levelled at the behest of IMF & World Bank?
Q12.Why don’t we have Wealth Tax & Agriculture tax?
Q13.What steps or serious preparedness,,,, is going to be done regarding Wealth ta & Agriculture tax?
Q13.What steps are going to be made in uprooting TAX EVASION?
Q14.There are some serious demands from Punjab to have Agriculture tax.Why don’t they have the same in the Punjab Government?
Q15.What is being done by the government in eradicating day- to- day corruption scandals?

Q16.How many corrupt Bureaucrats/Ministers have been unseated from their Porfolios?
Q17.Why do the Government have less spokesmen who could defend the clear policies of the government?
Q18. What is going to be done by the Govt. in exploring the ‘THAR COAL resources’?
Q19. What kind of homework has been done so far by the Govt. in exploring out the resoures of billions and trillions of dollars from Balochitan?
Q20.Is there any body from the govt. to simly answer all the given questions?

Dear Sir,

I want you to please request to Prime Minister to please continue the two days holiday in banking sector as the working class in this sector badly need it. As compared to the other government department where the working hours are short and the Friday is also half day but in banking sector the working hours are very long and the Saturday is half day. so it does not make any difference to have two days off in a week as on the five working days the banking hours have been increased and the public can be more benefitted from this.
Moreover, there are already many holidays in our academic calendar for students, so it is not essential that the 5 days a week be implemented in that sector.
BENEFITS.
1. It may be pointed out that Energy is wasted on the half day as the use of electricity is more and the business volume is very low in banking sector..
2. The stock markets are closed on Saturday worldwide as well as in Pakistan so the business is closed on Saturday.
3. On the other hand there time gap between Pakistan and European Union and USA so the banks settlements do not take place on Saturday.
4. On Saturday the traffic is very heavy as the Saturday is half day, the business on this single days is supposed to be zero and staff use to come to office and fuel is consumed the result is wastage of fuel.
5. In the banks the staff use to work for 10 to 12 hours though it is against the labour laws but the business class claiming the two days off as a loss to economy is wrong as they can easily manage their business with in 5 working days if they have the time management quality.
So two days off should be continued in banking sector as in other financial institutions like insurance companies, stock exchange etc.
6. In five working days the gap of working hours of Saturday are covered.
7. The public and other business class can be more benefitted from this step as the business are more in days as compared to the 6 days.
8. It is best step in order to organize the time schedule in best ways i.e. the business class can organize its activities in better way. The markets are closed early and public take advantage of the day time in their activities. The two day holidays have normalized the life schedule of public in addition to saving the scarce energy resources.
Moreover:
The two days off is very good to save ;
1. Saving of electricity. The high use of electricity because in day times the about 100 bulbs and 40 to 50 computer are operated, printers are working, fans are working to reduce the heat of the computers, electric coolers are installed, fax machines are working, heater are used, the safety gates also consumes electricity.

2. Fuel saving. The large amount of fuel is consumed on the half day when business is supposed to be zero on this day as it off day worldwide but the staff use to come to the office and when get back home they to attend the social activity for which the fuel is again consumed in large quantity. the result is shortage of fuel along with electricity.
3. Health of the people. Because of the two days holidays in a week the people use to relax completely as they use to mix up socially with their friends and relatives, spend time with family, shed off all tiredness and on Monday they are ready with fresh mind and mood to serve the duty.
4. It is inline with the international work ethics where the working hours ranges between 35 hrs a week to 40 hrs a week with two holidays. e.g India, China, UK, USA, UAE, SAUDI ARABIA, Oman , Yemen including all the developing countries.
In case of six days when government office closes and the working community if approaches the bank, can not transact because the banks are also closed at that particular time .
All around the world the banks resume two days off in a week as it is necessary to keep the bank employees healthy mentally and physically.
As you may not be aware of the fact that during 1990 when our country was in a quite better financial position the banking hours in 1) Summer 9.0am to 2.30pm & 2). Winter 9.0am to 4pm but due to implementation of two days off the bank timing were increased and when the Nawaz government, the anti benefit government for the working class, the bank timings were not reverse to the original status and the only Sunday was supposed to a off day in a week.
It is requested to please convey our message to prime minister to continue 2 days holiday in a week in the banking sector to keep the socially active the working class of this sector in order save from depression and physically and mentally healthy. Please also interview the people working in banks and their families.
I hope that you would not disappoint and neglect this sector and the apprehension of the working class of banking sector.

Back in 1968-69 when PPP was a very yound political party, and we, a cadre of about 75 volunteers, all in our 20s, were going around collecting Five Rupees from each person to build initial funds for the party programs. I remember when Mr. Bhutto came to Karachi, govt innvoked section 144 – we had to arrange a gathering in Nazimabad – atop roofs of several near-adjacent houses – which hardly could accomodate about 200 people – there was a special aura about Mr. Bhutto- he spoke of how Pak Govt at the time was not doing enough for the Palestenians – how the govt was insensitive to the needs of laborers, the farmers and the poor. Veit Nam war was in high gear and Mr. Bhutto scolded USA for human rights abuses, war crimes and so on — there was a feeling you were listening to someone who was sincere, who cared more about others – he was a leader. A Few years later, when he was in power and Henry Kissinger in Lahore tried to warn him for not going ahead with the Nuclear program – Mr. Bhutto said:”even if we have to eat grass, we will make nuclear bombs”. That was PPP – it was leadership.
Today what we have is DEALERSHIP – gang of crooks – who ended up in power led by zardari (and his 4o thieves) – whose intellectual zenith was when he said “world is a safer place because of President George Bush’s leadership” this gang ruling pakistan today is a shame on the name of any leadership anywhere in the world — let us all pray that all those who are saying the gang leader zardari is clean — denying his corruption — Allah gives them all the same place in the hereafter because they would be as much guilty of him stealing from the rights of poor, disadvantaged, orphans, sick and the kind… they should face music along with thier progeny. Inshallah.

PPP needs a refresher course to establish its credibility as the best National Political Party.
For how long this Party would keep on cashing the emotional attachment of the people of Pakistan to the Late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto?

6..Government’s total failure to arrest the top corrupt Bureucrats.
7..No severe and examplary punishment for those who greatly jeopardized the National wealth of Paksitan.
..Excessive load shedding.
8..Uncontrolled shortage of Gas.
9..No Master plan for the construction of small Dams.
10..Lack of crisis management who could work viably at the critical situation
11..Appointments of thumb matric passed to high posts
12..Totally merit killing policies.
13..No fascinating programme for the talented,competent and astonishingly hard working Pakistani youths.
14..Excessive ministries and high posts to those–feudal lords who always remained dull,dumb.sluggish,inactive and lazy.Those,, who never spoke even a single word in defending the good policies of the government
15..Giving importance to those who always took the luxuries and enjoyed all the benefits,but,trually speaking,,,,they know nothing about the ABC of the good goverance.
16..They were never asked about their performances
17..They know nothing about their duties and liabilities.
18..Most of the time…getting narrow-scape at the critical questions of media.
19..They never completed their prior home work.
20..No respect and prestige for those who laid down their lives for th cause of party uplift.
21.Overcrowded..overloaded..jumbo-sized Parliament.

****But, the most important thing that the government needs to do at its earliest..is to punish and arrest those “”CORRUPT BUREAUCRATS”” who always brought PPP governments at its knees.

Its really a welcome sign.Indeed, he is a undisputable personality. His appointment will greatly be appreciated and welcomed by all the political parties.
This will be a great boost for PPP in the largest Province of Pakistan…His appointment will give a fresh momentum to the party.
We do hope that.. HE , Prersident Asif Ali Zardari would finalize his name in the best and greater interests of the country as well as the party.
This wise decision will bring back those angry PPP leaders and workers who left the party due to variety of reasons.

The people of Bhakkar district have elected a chief minister of Punjab and a prime minister of Pakistan in different elections. Although a goup of local leaders sponcer the occassion but basically the people of Bhakkar elected them and dream of a better Bhakkar. It’s requested to the concerning authorities to please consider to upgrade Bhakkar as a divisional head quarter by appointing a commissioner to provide better governance, extra facilities and security in the area. There are news that religious violence and drug smuggling is increased in the area recently.Bhakkar has been head quarters of divisional level organization of Thal Development Authority since 1952. TDA was abolish in 1971 on corruption charges against it’s high officials. Bhakkar is also a border district to Dera Ismail Khan and a capital city of Thal desert area-spread in six districts of Punjab. Thanking you,

In my opinion, with due respect, our all political leaders, economists, writers and journalist are confused, either due to their ignorance or personal interests.
They are mingling, economic systems, political systems, and social systems and comparing with wrong benchmarks and confusing the nation.
It is just to understand that we have capitalistic economy and related taxation system that encourages concentration of wealth, this may be observed in any capitalistic economy. In its response we observed socialistic economic system, this system encouraged equal distribution of wealth but discouraged to hard work and innovations, not based on realities and not matching to global village, so flopped. these both economic systems are purely based on human thoughts and discourage religious systems and affect our social systems and social justice and we regularly confuse and compare , why someone is giving less tax and has so much wealth, our economic/ taxation system is based on earning/income not on wealth then why we compare with wealth? And why we blame rich persons for concentration of wealth? And why we compare with Russia, china’s communism/socialism? This system encourages capitalistic and discourages earnings/income, and shows resultant impacts on social justice. So Allah Pak has granted us a divine economic system based on zakat that encourages incomes, expenditures, investments, equal distribution of wealth and discourages concentration of wealth. and for god sake , I request to all scholars of society don’t compare religion of Islam with other religions , Islam is complete code of life and has its own complete social, economic and judicial system and Islam don’t discourage democracy , this is one of system of electing government, but Islam is not restricted to democracy of this type, this is only way to elect government , and is not in lieu of economic system, social system and judicial system. So democracy is one instrument of our social/political system and don’t give solutions for economics and social justice. So plz. Don’t compare with other societies where democracy but different social, economic system is. This is tool not solution.
I request you humbly that give solution to this nation to “entre in Islam, adopt its economic system based on zakat, with its whole spirit” Islam is not only spiritual system it is complete code of life. Currently Pakistani nation is facing problems like corruption, concentration of wealth, and social injustice, this is due to our capitalistic economy that is affecting our social values and political system, other problems are resultant to this basic flaw.

My name is Hamzo Ali Zardari, son of the late Ali Nawaz Zardari. I am from the old village Pyaro Fakir Zardari, now named American farm Zardari Abad II which is near Asgarabad. I also have a newer village called American farm Zardari Abad (U.C. 29 Jamal Shah Taseel Daur District Shaheed Benazir Abad). Both of these villages are in need of roads and schools. Previously, I had met with Muturma Faryal Thalpur (M.N.A.), and Azara Pacheyho (M.N.A.), who had both accepted my requests. These promises were made three years ago, around election time, and no work has been done. As such I am asking you to intervene and to please make sure that these important promises are fulfilled.
As well, two years ago I paid Rs 390,000 to the Water Course Lining Department of Hyderabad, Sindh, Director General Agha Zaferullah. They have released some of the funds, and some of the work has been done. However, I need them to complete the work on the water courses 5ARSujawal and 2AL Jan-Mohammed.
The Zardari House has attempted to contact them many times. Mdm. Faryal Thalpur has also sent them a letter concerning the completion of the water courses. We have not received any word back from them.
I have been a supporter of the PPP since childhood. I have been appointed an officer by the PPP twice (both times in 1989).
Please try and help us with these very important problems. I trust that both of you can see to it that our concerns are met. Thank you.

I am an American-born Pakistani residing in Toronto, Canada with my parents including my father Hamzo Ali Zardari and studying at the University of Toronto. Like I mentioned previously there has been an issue regarding land that is in my name in Nawabshah, Pakistan. There are 8 acres at block 48 2/3 Deh 9 Dad Talka Daur registered under my name for the past 12 years. The problem is that some land grabber mafia has occupied my land and refuses to leave. The one responsible for this name is Mola Bux Rind Baluch resident of Rais Ayub Khan Rind deh 9 dad UC Jamal Shah Talka Daur, District Shaheed Benazir Abad. My father has discussed the issue with Rais Aub Khan and he has informed us that this 3rd party is not a PPP supporter and that’s why they are occupying our land. I am writing this in hopes that something can be done about this and justice can be served. We have our hands tied at the moment because we are abroad right now and are putting our faith in the Pakistani government to help us with this issue. At this time I would also like to personally thank you and your sisters Madam Faryal Talpur and Dr. Azra Peachiho for keeping their election promise and providing our village: American Farm Zardari Abad with electricity. With a humble request it is stated that I, being a tribe man, am bestowed with a second citizenship of Pakistan. Like all tribal youth, I am a great admirer of your management capacities and greatly appreciate your great efforts with the help of which we came out of very critical and worst situation. I hat off to all those people whose sacrifices and efforts promised a new dawn for leading a peaceful life and above all Pakistani forces for their tireless efforts in bringing in peace in my homeland.
Respected sir you know that FCR has been enacted here and besides many benefits it restricts us to access apex courts.
During the recent past where the peace building moves improved the situation and people started living enjoying a mental ease, I want to draw your kind attention to another equally disturbing situation where deliberate efforts are being made to initiate endless enmities among tribal families by “Private Dog Centers” called “Army Dog Centers”.
Sir, bomb explosions has been a routine matter all over Pakistan and the tribal areas are not an exception and the security agencies have been agile in chasing culprits. Such an incident happened in my Agency some seven months before where some people had minor injuries. An affectee contacted (Upper Kurram) these “Private Dog Centers” which somehow found responsible my “90” year’s old relative for this bomb blast who cannot even walk properly. It blamed my whole family and because of this the two families are at the verge of enmity. Sir believe me after asking the issue from experts, they told me that in whole world there are no such dog, to find the responsible person after six month, due to two reasons one social movement of the peoples and climate change effects.
As an inhabitant of the agency, I have no right to claim justice and prove it wrong without your kind approval so how can these “Dog Centers” operate in our Agency without your permission? Does Government of Pakistan give them permission to run this private Dog Center Setups? Only for 90,000/- rupees how can they blame innocent people. Aren’t these type of activities are the source of panic in home land? If these “Private Dog Center” are this much effective in finding the culprits then Pakistan should make these dogs an integral part of its security setup and their findings should be provided a legal cover?
If all these are wrong then kindly make them bound not to operate in the Agency. Sir let me ask, is there any provision under law. Please resolve the matter with opinion of experts, or allow me to get access to Peshawar high court against the illegal business of the said Dog center in tribal area. Due to this problem i can’t able fulfill my professional responsibilities. We are ready for any type of investigation and case also ready against dog center in Peshawar High court to prove my family innocent. The Dog center person had bring dog to my home with continuous dictation i.e. go, stop, set, stand etc, he insult my family, with caring the Pashtoon society rules and regulations.
World all experts are not ready to accept it that a dog can find any type of evidence after 6 months or one year. I don’t know how they can provide a certificate to people, this person responsible for event without involving the Govt. setups. If a person has been involved then ordered “To hang till death” if it proved wrong then kindly prohibit this Dog Centers, and issue notice to called him for investigation under FCR.
For sake of God! Please give sympathy to my homeland and kindly get away this dog centers from over homeland. Give us freedom from this dog centers where dog can blame an innocent people. A family who is highly educated who love education can’t be the source of fight and bomb blasts.
I request to all responsible Government official to please find that which one organization give them permission to operate these Private dog centers. It’s out of our social customs and traditions and country rules and regulations. I also request to my patriotic Intelligence agencies to investigate the matter of such type business that how it is possible in the presence of laws, courts and rules in Pakistan they operate these dog centers. Jinnah’s address must be enshrined in the constitution, as it is the only hope left for Pakistan to function as a nation-state in the 21st century and beyond. Jinnah’s stature and the parliamentary majority offer the present government the unique opportunity to achieve this breakthrough now that shall uplift even the generations of Pakistanis yet to be born. The government must accept the burden of history and seize the day ASAP. Just remember, there is no other hope left for Pakistan.

After posting common peoples thoughts, i just looked at the other posts on this forum. They all look like requests/sifarish/favours etc.
I am myself amazed by such a long list of complaints. If i were a president i would not let them to be near me (yet you have allowed their postings). These complaints should be refered to the appropriate govt department rather than sending them to presidency.
No wonder you Mr. Zardari cannot find supporters. Your final decisions (firing of Hussain Haqani, Restoring CJ, devolution of presidential powers etc) are a bit too late and too little. I think you are hesitant because you feel you are not educated, feel inferiority complex, had some bad experiences etc But inside you are very intelligent.
You do have outsmarted other politicians. You dont have a good education, spoiled brat of a mediocre feudal/buisnessman but still managed to end up in presidency.
Cant you come (honestly clean) out of this swiss letter thingy? Just return the money to people of Pakistan. I am pretty sure that you wont be given any chance to enjoy its fruits in future.
