I have dropped about 5lbs. I have also exercised for the last 5 days as well, so I really don’t know how properly it is as a diet pill without having exercise. My determination to workout has also been upped. It’s been a long times since I have labored out 5 days in a row .I take considered one of each in the morning, and the other 2 about 5 to 6 hours later. I will definitely continue to buy these until I can kick my addiction to food.
