سبین کون تھی، کہاں رہتی تھی، کیا کرتی تھی، اپنی کم علمی پر پیشگی معذرت کے ساتھ میرا سبین سے تعارف زیادہ پرانا نہیں۔ ابھی کل ہی سوشل میڈیا اور میڈیا نے ان کے مرنے کے بعد ان کا تعارف کروایا۔ ان کے تعارف سے اتنا ہی جان سکا کہ وہ انسانی حقوق کی علمبردار۔ کراچی میں T2F کے نام سے ایک کیفے چلا رہی تھیں جہاں مختلف الخیال لوگوں کو مکالمے کا ایک مشترکہ پلیٹ فارم مہیا کیا جاتا۔ T2F کس علاقے میں ہے، وہاں ماما قدیر جیسے مشہور دُکھیاروں کے علاوہ کتنے کمزوروں کو جگہ دی ملتی تھی،
ان کے ممبرز میں کس کلاس کے لوگ تھے؟ اس کا مجھے علم نہیں۔ ایک زمانہ تھا جب لاہور کے چند بڑے کاروباری حضرات نے اپنی بیگمات کی مصروفیت کے لیے یہ کہہ کر ایک نجی سکول کھول دیا تھا کہ پاکستان کے غریب عوام کی ترقی کے لیے معیاری تعلیم کی بہت ضرورت ہے۔ آج اللہ کے فضل سے وہ سکول لاہور میں چوٹی کا بزنس کر رہا ہے۔ وہ سکولوں کی کمی کا دور تھا۔ پھر یہ بھیڑ چال بنی، معاشرے کی فلاح اور معیاری تعلیم کے نام پر بہت سے چھوٹے بڑے نجی سکول کُھل گئے۔ خدمت خیال کیا جانے والا کام بہت اچھا بزنس ثابت ہوا۔ سکول چلانے والے فخر سے بتانے لگے کہ وہ ایجوکیشنسٹ ہیں۔ بڑے لوگوں کی بڑی باتیں جب چھوٹے لوگوں کی طرف چلی جاتی ہیں تو وہ کچھ نیا کرتے ہیں۔ لہذا سکولوں کا رواج عام ہونے پر امرا، جرنیلوں اور کاروباری حضرات کی بیگمات اور بہو بیٹیوں نے این جی اوز کا رُخ کر لیا۔
سماجی خدمت کے ادارے آج تک ان فیشن ہیں۔ تاہم مملکت کرم داد کے معروضی حالات کے مطابق انسانی حقوق کی علمبرادری کا لیبل حقوق نسواں، تعلیم اور دیگر سماجی لیبلز سے بہتر اور جُرات والا تصور کیا جاتا ہے۔ اسے انگریزی اخبارات اور لبرل حلقوں میں زیادہ کوریج ملتی ہے۔ انگریزی میڈیا سٹیٹس سمبل بن چکا ہے اور اردو میڈیا اپنی جہالت کے سبب دن بہ دن ساکھ کھو رہا ہے۔ ٹرینڈنگ اچھی چیز ہے مگر بھیڑ چال ایک سنجیدہ مسلہ ہے۔ موجودہ صورتحال میں روشن خیال میڈیا اور ایجنسیوں کے پے رول پر چلنے والے میڈیا کے بنائے اشوز معاشرے کو کافی تکلیف دہ سطح پر لے جا چکے ہیں۔
خیر میڈِیا رپورٹس اور سوشل میڈیا کی خبروں کے مطابق سبین محمود نے بلوچ رہنما ماما قدیر کو اپنے فورم پر بلوچستان کے حوالے سے ایک سیمینار میں گیسٹ سپیکر کے طور پر مدعو کیا تھا۔ سیمینار سے واپسی پر انھیں قتل کر دیا گیا۔ اسٹیبلشمنٹ مخالف حلقے بلوچستان کی پیچیدہ صورتحال کے پیش نظر قتل کا شک مقتدر حلقوں پر کر رہے ہیں۔ سبین محمود پر گزشتہ چند دنوں میں بہت لکھا گیا۔ کم علمی اور بعد از مرگ تعارف کی بنیاد پر نہ تو شہید کو کوئی خاص خراج تحسین پیش کر سکتا ہوں اور نہ ہی ان کے قتل پر زیادہ بات۔ کون جانے سبین کو کس نے مارا؟ قاتل وہ بھی ہو سکتے ہیں جنھیں یہ معلوم تھا کہ اس کا فطری شک کس طرف جائے گا اور قاتل وہ بھی ہو سکتے ہیں جن پر شک کیا جا رہا ہے۔ اقل خبردار کرنے والے بھی ہو سکتے ہیں اور خبردار کرنے والوں سے حساب برابر کرنے والے بھی۔
ابھی کل امریکی خفیہ دستاویزات کے منظر عام پر آنے سے پتا چلا کہ لیاقت علی خان کا قتل امریکی صدر کے کہنے پر ہوا تھا۔ اب اگر امریکی دستاویزات ہی اب سامنے آئیں تو اس میں ہمارے معصوم خفیہ اداروں کا کیا قصور؟ یہاں ایک عرصہ تک لوگ ہمارے مقتدر حلقوں پر اس کا الزام دھرتے رہے۔ جبکہ امریکہ نے تو اب بھی کسی پاکستانی ادارے کا نام نہیں لیا۔ جب کوئی تیسرا ہمارے وزیراعظم کو قتل کر دے تو اس میں فوج یا ہماری خفیہ ایجنسیوں کا کیا قصور۔ اب یہ کسی غیر کا ہاتھ تو نہیں پکڑ سکتیں کہ خدا کا واسطہ ہمارے وزیراعظم کو مت مارو۔ انھوں نے مارنا تھا مار دیا۔ مرنے والے نے مرنا تھا مر گیا۔ اب ایک وزیر اعظم کے برسوں پرانے قتل کی خاطر ملکوں کے حالات تو خراب نہیں کیے جا سکتے۔
دوسری طرف مقتدر حلقے متحدہ کے خلاف مقدمے میں کم و بیش یہ فیصلہ سنا ہی چکے ہیں کہ الطاف حسین نے ڈاکٹر عمران فاروق کا قتل کروایا۔ ویسے کیا عمران فاروق اپنی زندگی میں کسی سطح پر الطاف حسین کے لیے خطرہ یا برابری کی حیثیت رکھتا تھا؟ افاق احمد نے الطاف حسین کا کیا بگاڑ لیا؟ سب جانتے ہیں کہ عمران فاروق الطاف حسین کی سیاسی حاکمیت کو چیلنج کرنے کے قابلیت نہیں رکھتا تھا۔ مگر ہم اپنی جانوں کی قیمت پر شک تو کرتے رہیں گے۔ یہ جانتے ہوئے بھی کہ ہمارا شک بے معنی، بے وزن، بے اثر ہے۔ اس کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں۔ کیا کریں شک بھی تو ہمارا بنیادی حق ہے۔ ہم روز میڈیا اور انٹر نیٹ پر آزادی ء اظہار کے لیکچر دیکھتے، سنتے اور سناتے ہیں۔ اپنی کوئی بنیاد ہو نہ مگر ہمیں اپنے بنیادی حقوق کی جنگ تو ہر صورت لڑنی ہے۔ جیت چاہے ہر بار انہی کی ہو اور ہار چاہے ہر بار ہماری ہی ہو، لڑنا تو ہے۔ سگے ماما کا حال پوچھیں نہ پوچھیں ماما قدیر کا حال تو پوچھنا ہے۔
یہ جانتے ہوئے کہ تبدیلی اندر سے شروع ہوتی ہے ہم اس کا آخری سرا پہلے پکڑنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔ ہم جانتے ہیں، ہم کیسی ریاست میں رہتے ہیں، بنگلہ دیش کے دانشوروں کے ساتھ کیا ہوا، جناح، لیاقت علی خان، بھٹو، بے نظیر بھٹو، اکبر بگٹی کیسے اور کیوں مارے گئے، سلیم شہزاد کیوں مارا گیا۔ ہم جانتے ہیں کہ کنٹومنٹ میں حقوق مانگنے، غلطی کی نشاندھی کرنے یا سچ بولنے پر سولین کی بوٹوں سے تواضع ہوتی ہے۔ ہم جانتے ہیں کہ سیاسی قیادتوں کے خلاف بولنے پر ورکرز کا کیا انجام ہوتا ہے، کون ان کا معاشی قتل کرتا ہے اور کون جسموں کو لہو رنگ کرتا ہے، گھر، گلی محلے، سماج میں کیا کیا خرابیاں ہیں، کون سے کام ادھورے ہیں، کہاں کتنی بہتری کی گنجائش ہے یایوں کہہ لیجیے کہ ظلمت کدے میں کہاں کہاں بہتری کی اجازت ہے، یہ سب کو معلوم ہے۔ مگر پھر بھی ہمیں حد نظر دھندلا کر آخری حد تک جانا ہے۔ وہاں جانا ہے جہاں سبین ماری جاتی ہے۔ جہاں سلیم شہزاد مارا جاتا ہے، جہاں روز قتل حسین ہوتا ہے، جہاں روز یزیدیت ہی جیت جاتی ہے۔ کبھی کبھی اچھائی کی کوشش اور بہتری کا خواب ایک لا علاج مرض سا محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ اس حوصلے کے ساتھ کہ حضرتِ میر اگر آج کے پاکستان میں زندہ ہوتے تو وہ شاید میری اس گستاخی کا بُرا نہ مانتے۔
