کہتے ہیں کہ جھوٹ کے پاؤں نہیں ہوتے.راول پنڈی میں عاشورہ کے سانحہ کے بعد فیس بکی مجاہدین ایک بچے کی گلے کٹی لاش دکھاتے رہے کہ اس بچے کو مشتعل شیعوں نے گلا کاٹ کر ہلاک کردیا .جب ہم نے تحقیق کی تو یہ تصویر اصل میں شام کی نکلی.اس بچے کا نام خالد الفارس تھا.یہ بچہ شام کے شہر حمص میں 17 مئی 2012 مارا گیا تھا

ہلاک ہونے والوں کی تعداد گیارہ ہے اورحیرت کی بات ہے کہ ان میں ایک بھی تعلیم القرآن کا طالب علم نہیں ہے.عوامی مسلم لیگ کے سربراہ شیخ رشید نے راولپنڈی واقعہ کے حقائق اپنی پریس کانفرنس میں بیان کردئےشیخ رشید نے کہا کہ ۱۱ لوگوں کو گولیاں لگی ہیں لیکن کسی کو بھی ذبحہ نہیں کیا گیا ہے، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ مارکیٹ کو کسی نے پیچھے سے آگ لگائی ہے، کل پنڈی میں ہنگامہ آرائی کرنے والوں کا تعلق پنڈی سے نہیں تھا فسادات میں مرنے والے 10 افراد کی لاشیں ہسپتال پہنچ چکی ہیں، اور ان میں سے کسی کی بھی گردن نہیں کاٹی گئی ہے۔
شیخ رشید ایک نیوٹرل انسان ہے اور “انسانیت” کی طرف ہے۔ اس نے بھی پوری تحقیقات کر لیں ہیں اور یہ کنفرم کیا ہے کہ ذبح کر دینے والی خبر جھوٹی اڑائی گئی ہے تاکہ ملک کو آگ کے شعلوں میں لپیٹ دیا جائے۔

Rawalpindi Riots: How Social Media added fuel to fire?

The sectarian clashes in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, claimed 10 lives on Ashura, Friday. The clashes between Shias and hardline Deobandi Muslims started with provocative speech but whatever followed was the doing of our so-called vibrant Social Media.
However, there were skirmishes between Shia mourners and pro-Taliban madrassah students in garrison town of Rawalpindi, in the thickly populated business district of Raja Bazaar area. The prayer leader of the mosque delivered a fiery sermon against Shias, and what they stand for, leading to reaction which turned into riots developing into arson and carnage. The city remains under curfew ever since.
The rating-hungray mainstream media, exercising remarkabkle restraint, had blacked out the news but Social Media filled the gap and provided provocative news to all and sundry; the most dangerous one that Shias have slit the throats of underage seminary students. Pictures were also posted on Twitter which added fuel to fire and the unrest spread to other cities. It was later announced by Sheikh Rashid, a local politicians, that no throat slitting ever took place. The pictures, as it later transpired, were doctored from the pictures of Burma Muslim children. Twitter messages from Shia Twitterati were no less provocative.
The city is still tense with army patrolling the streets but the damage has already been done. Major newspapers carried detailed account of the incident blaming both Shias, irresponsible cleric and the city administration for the mayhem. A superior court judge will hold inquiry to determine what actually happened and who inflamed the situation.

Punjab ministers Rana Sanaullah and Ishfaq Sarwar also visited the area. The areas, where curfew is imposed include Gowalmandi, Raja Bazaar, College Road, Mareer Chowk, Benazir Bhutto Road, Dhoke Ratta, Cantonment, Adiala Road, Chakri Road, Morgah, Rawat, Karal Chowk and others. Entry points of these areas have been blocked with shipping containers and trucks.
Darul Uloom Taleemul Quran chief cleric Ashraf Ali, at a press conference at Jamia Islamia Kamran Market, claimed that a total of 14 seminary students were killed while 106 others injured.
He demanded that the government take action against the attackers.
Those killed include Mehmood, Inayatullah, Awais, Alam Zeb son of Baazullah, Zaat and Muhammad Arif, Fateh Zar Khan, Saqib and Ilam Khan. However, the names of five other deceased could not be ascertained.
Meanwhile, the Deobandi clerics took out a protest rally. While shouting anti-Shia slogans, the rally started from Jamia Islamia Saddar and marched towards Fawara Chowk. However, the army fired rubber bullets at the protesters on City Saddar Road. جب گواہ ہی جھوٹا ثابت ہوجائے تو پھر فرق تو پڑتا ہی ہے کیونکہ اس سے مدعی کا کذب سامنے آجاتا ہے۔ راجہ بازار اور مسجد کو جلانے کے بارے میں اور شیعاؤں کا معصوم بچوں کو قتل کرنے کے بارے میں جو پروپیگینڈہ چل رہا تھا اس میں ان پکچرز کا ہی سہارا لیا جارہا تھا اب جب کہ یہ ساری تصویریں جعلی ثابت ہوچکی ہیں تو یہ بھی ثابت ہوگیا کہ یہ سب شائع کرنے والا بدترین ملعون اور کذاب ہے۔ پھر اب اصل حقیقت جو لوگ بتارہے ہیں ان پر یقین کرنا چاہیئے کہ یہ سب ڈرامہ سپاہ صحابہ نے پہلے سے ہی تیار کیا ہوا تھا۔
