Note to Chief of Pakistan Army General Raheel Sharif:
We at LUBP are cross posting an article by the The Examiner, In our letter letter dated November 28th 2012 we humbly requested that you should reevaluate the strategic choices that the Pak Army has made in the past.
We can assure you that this article reinforces the view that Pakistan Army is involved in crimes against humanity in Balochistan, Parachinar, Gilgit Baltistan and other parts of the country wherever there is dissent against the State of Pakistan. Pakistan Army has chosen her Taliban proxies to colonize such regions and even create illegal demographic change to the ethnic mix of such territories.
Succession movements are popular in places like Canada, United States, United Kingdom and a host of other countries, even in neighbouring India. If French Canada wants to separate from English Canada, the Canadian Army does not send armed english missionaries to subvert the French and change the demographic makeup of French Canada. We urge you to choose a path of dialogue as others have successfully done.
We also urge you to investigate this report thoroughly and transparently for the world to see. If part of the Army are complicit in the murder of a child they should be held to account.
The pro-independence Baloch Republican Party has strongly condemned the brutal murder of a 14-year-old Baloch boy Chakar Baloch by the Pakistan army.
The victim was identified as Chakar Baloch, son of Kahuda Dost. The boy was abducted by the personnel of state forces from Fish Market, Turbat on January 7 and his badly tortured and mutilated dead body was recovered from the Kornadi area yesterday.
“The ruthless murder of Chakar Baloch is the height of brutalities imposed on Baloch people by the terrorist state of Pakistan and its terrorist forces since the illegal occupation of Balochistan,” B.R.P. spokesman Sher Mohammed Bugti said in s a statement from Geneva.
“Abductions, torture and extrajudicial murders of innocent Baloch civilians is taking place on daily basis in Balochistan,” he added.
According to human right groups and the media, armed forces and intelligence agencies of Pakistan target the Baloch civilians, regardless of their age, gender and profession, and torture them in the military torture cells for days, weeks, months or even years and finally their riddled with bullets mutilated dead bodies are dumped on roadsides and desolated areas.
“The state atrocities in Balochistan, specially the targeting of civilians during military offensives, abduction and custodial killings of Baloch activists and youths, and now children should be an eye-opener for the so-called allies of the terrorist state of Pakistan which has been fooling the international community in the name of so-called war on terror,” Mr. Bugti said.
Pakistan is the breeding ground for terrorists and it exports terrorism not only in the neighboring countries but the entire world, Mr Bugti said.
“We strongly urge the international community and western powers to withdraw every kind of support and aid to this inhumane state and play their due role to end the ongoing brutal genocide of Baloch people by the Pakistani state and its forces,” Mr, Bugti said.
The chief minister of Balochistan, Dr. Malik Baloch, also belongs to Turbat but has kept quiet on the brutal killings of his constituents. Baloch patriots and youths accuse him of being hands in gloves with Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence, Military Intelligence and Frontier Corps.
Dr. Malik Baloch faces total boycott of the Baloch people not only in Pakistan but also overseas because he is seen smiling with the army generals even while his people are being killed.
