میجرجنرل ثنااللہ کے خون سے غداری: نواز شریف حکومت نے طالبان کے آرمی چیف ملا برادردیوبندی کو رہا کردیا
پاکستان کے دفترِ خارجہ نے ایک بیان میں کہا ہے کہ افغان طالبان رہنما ملا عمر کے نائب ملا عبدالغنی برادر دیوبندی کو سنیچر یعنی اکیس ستمبر کو رہاکر دیا گیا ہے – یعنی پاکستان میں مزید دہشتگردی کی راہ ہموار کر دی گئی ہے ۔ دفترِ خارجہ کی جانب سے یہ اعلان ایک مختصر سے بیان میں کیا گیا ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ دس ستمبر کو وزیر اعظم پاکستان نواز شریف کے سینیئر مشیر برائے خارجہ امور سرتاج عزیز نے کہا تھا کہ مسلم لیگ ن اور آئی ایس آئی نے افغان طالبان رہنما ملا عمر کے نائب ملا عبدالغنی برادر کی رہائی کا فیصلہ کر لیا ہے۔ برطانوی خبر رساں ایجنسی رائٹرز کو دیے گئے ایک انٹرویو میں انہوں نے کہا کہ ملا برادر کو پاکستان میں رہا کیا جائے گا۔ واضح رہے کہ افغان حکومت کا کہنا ہے کہ ملا برادر کو سعودی عرب یا عرب امارات منتقل کر دیا جائے۔
پاکستان نے گزشتہ سال چھبیس طالبان دہشت گردوں کو رہا کیا تھا جبکہ ستمبر ہی میں سات مزید طالبان دیوبندی دہشت گردوں کو رہا کیا واضح رہے کہ ملا برادر کی رہائی کا اعلان ایسے وقت ہوا ہے جب ایک روز قبل ہی کل جماعتی دہشت گرد نواز کانفرنس میں فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے کہ طالبان کے ساتھ مذاکرات کیے جائیں۔
ابھی کچھ دن پہلے طالبان اور لشکر کے تکفیری دیوبندیوں نے پاکستان فوج کے تین افسران کو شہید کیا تھا جس میں میجر جنرل ثنااللہ بھی شامل ہیں
رواں سال کے شروع میں مسلم لیگ ن کی حکومت نے کہا تھا کہ افغانستان اور طالبان کے مفاہمتی عمل میں مددگار ثابت ہونے والے طالبان کی رہائی کا عمل جاری رہا تو تمام افغان طالبان رہا ہو جائیں گے۔
پاکستان نے کہا تھا کہ پاکستان نے زیر حراست افغان طالبان کو رہا کرنے کا عمل شروع کیا ہوا ہے اور خاص طور پر وہ طالبان جو مفاہمتی عمل میں مددگار ثابت ہوں گے۔
افغان امور کے ماہر رحیم اللہ یوسف زئی کا کہنا ہے ملا عمر اور بلا برادر ایک ہی مدرسے میں درس دیتے تھے اور انیس سو چورانوے میں آئی ایس آئی کی مدد سے قائم ہونے والی دیوبندی تنظیم طالبان کے بانی قائدین میں سے تھے۔ملا برادر طالبان دور میں ہرات صوبے کے گورنر اور طالبان کی فوج کے سربراہ رہے ہیں۔ ملا عبد الغنی برادر افغانستان میں طالبان کارروائیوں کی نگرانی کے علاوہ تنظیم کے رہنماؤں کی کونسل اور تنظیم کے مالی امور چلاتے تھے۔ ملا برادر کا تعلق بنیادی طورپر افغانستان کے جنوبی ضلع اورزگان سے بتایا جاتا ہے لیکن وہ کئی سال طالبان کے مرکز کے طور پر مشہور افغان صوبہ قندھار میں مقیم تھے۔
افغانستان پر کام کرنے والے اکثر صحافیوں اور ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ ملا محمد عمر دیوبندی نے جب افغانستان میں طالبان دہشت گرد تحریک کا آغاز کیا تو ملا برادر دیوبندی ان چند افراد میں شامل تھے جنھوں نے بندوق اٹھا کر طالبان سربراہ کا ہر لحاظ سے ساتھ دیا اور تحریک کی کامیابی تک وہ ان کے ساتھ ساتھ رہے۔
تاہم جب طالبان کی حکومت قائم ہوئی تو انھیں ہرات کا گورنر بنا دیا گیا۔
ملا برادر طالبان تحریک میں اہم فوجی کمانڈر کے طور پر جانے جاتے ہیں۔ وہ طالبان کے آرمی چیف بھی رہ چکے ہیں۔ طالبان نے سنہ 1998 میں جب افغان صوبے بامیان پر قبضہ کیا تو اس حملے کے وقت ملا برادر طالبان کے کمانڈر تھے۔ ملا برادر دیوبندی نے بامیان میں سینکڑوں شیعہ مسلمان شہید کیے اور شیعہ مسلمان عورتوں کی بے حرمتی کی – ملا برادر دیوبندی جنگی جرائم اور انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی میں مطلوب ہیں اور ان کی رہائی سے نواز شریف حکومت نے سعودی عرب کے طالبان اور لشکر جھنگوی نواز ایجنڈے پر عمل کر دیا ہے
