Saudi-funded Deobandi terrorists attack Shia Muslims in Lucknow India
On 17 December 2012, Shia, Sunni and Hindu protesters in Lucknow demanded UN to try Pakistani generals for crimes against humanity because of their support to Deobandi militants responsible for Shia genocide
Following the Deobandi-Wahabi terrorist pattern of anti-Shia violence Pakistan, Deobandi-Wahhabi militants attacked Shia Muslims when they were holding a religious session (Majlis) at a Shiite mosque (Imambargah Deputy Sahab in Lucknow India) on Wednesday night (16 January 2012).
Deobandi militants, financed by Saudi Arabia, and indoctrinated by the anti-Shia fatwa of the notorious Darul Uloom Deoband seminary (in India) opened fired on Shia Muslims in which a young Boy was martyred and over a dozen others were injured including a Hindu devotee of Imam Husain.
It was around 9.30-10 pm when Allama Abid Bilgirami finished the Majlis at Wazeerganj area of Lucknow (India) , suddenly more than 100 Deobandi militants fully armed, started sloganeering near the Imambargah and cut down the power supply. Within a fraction of second, they started open firing on the Shia Muslims.
“As many as 35 rounds were fired on the Shias due to which stampede took place and several people were shot. Some 12 people were injured and were rushed to Balrampur hospital and Trauma Centre,” said an Eye Witness.
The Deobandi militants also tried to sexually harass Shia and moderate Sunni women attend the Shiite gathering.
Those who were said to be involved in the open firing on Shias, have criminal records and these hooligans have been involved in such kind of activities in past also.
After the injured were taken to the hospital, a Shia Muslim died on the way to hospital as he received several shots in the open fire. “The boy got some 3-4 shots in upper and lower part of his body. When he was take out of the vehicle he was already dead,” said a person, who received the injured at Trauma Center.
The Principal Secretary (Home), RM Srivastava told a news agency that one person was killed in the incident and the injured were admitted in hospitals.
Soon after getting news, Imam-e-Juma, Asafi Masjid, Maulana Kalbe Jawwad and President, Shia Chand Committee, Maulana Saif Abbas rushed to trauma center to take care of the injured shias.
Following, more than 200 Shias started demonstration near the hospital demanding for immediate arrest of Deobandis-Wahabis who opened fired on the Shias. The DIG (range), Navneet Sikera, District Magistrate (DM)-Lucknow, Anurag Yadav and SSP, RK Chaturvedi assured the protesters that culprits will be arrested soon.
Maulana Kalbe Jawwad gave an ultimatum to the District Administration and State Government that they should arrest the accused before 10 am on Thursday, if it will not happen then we will not bury the remains of martyr and Shias of Lucknow will come roads for to protest until Deobandis-Wahabis are not arrested.
The Deobandis-Wahabis have been doing several activities in the city for disturbing the peace and breaking the Shia-Sunni unity.

Shia clerics Maulana Kalbe Jawwad and Maulana Saif Abbas have asked police to act fast and bring those who fired on innocents to book. Maulana Khalid Rashid Farangi Mahali, the Imam of Aishbagh, said the sooner the arrests were made, the greater the likelihood of normalcy returning to the area. “Police should not only arrest those behind the clashes but also unravel the conspiracy to disturb peace in the area,” he said. A Shia Muslim man was killed and more than a dozen people after attack on a Shia majlis by Saudi-sponsored ISI-trained Deobandi-Wahhabi militants. Several rounds of gunshots were fired, and arson was reported in Old Lucknow. The violence broke out near Deputy Saheb Ka Imambara in Wazirganj area after a religious congregation at a mosque was attacked. This led to several rounds of firing and stone pelting, a police official told IANS. Police identified the dead man, who sustained bullet injuries, as Shanu.

Close radical seminary of Darul Uloom Deoband
We ask Indian and international media to refrain from the attack on Shia Muslims as sectarian violence between Sunni and Shia. Saudi-funded Deobandi militants (aligned with Al Qaeda, Taliban and Sipah Sahaba) do not represent Sunni Muslims. The Sunni-Shia binary is not only inaccurate but also misleading in describing Deobandi militants attacks on Shia Muslims.
There is currently a campaign on Twitter initiated by a moderate Sunni Muslim to close down the hate seminary in India which is serving as a convenient conduit to propagate Saudi-inspired anti-Shia anti-Sunni-Sufi-Barelvi hate ideology in India, Pakistan and other countries in the Subcontinent. #CloseDarulUloomDeoband

To understand why Deobandi (semi-Wahhabi) militants are killing moderate Sunni Sufi (Barelvi) and Shia Muslims in Pakistan, refer to this fatwa by Deobandi Muslims most eminent seminary Darul Uloom Deoband which declares Shias (and Ahmadis) as infidel (Kafir) and apostate (Murtid) hence worthy to be killed (wajib-ul-qatl). Question (summary): In your previous fatwas, you have described Shias as infidels (Kafir), apostate (Murtid) and unbeliever (Zindeeq). How do you categorize them as compared to Jews, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Qadianis etc? Are we allowed to haver social interaction with Shias?
Answer (Fatwa): “Followers of Shia Isna Ashari sect are not to be ranked amongst (infidel such as) Jews, Christians, Hindus and Sikhs (i.e. Shias are worse than infidels). Instead Shias should be ranked along with Qadianis (Ahmadis), i.e., Shias too, like Qadianis, are infidels (Kafir) and apostate (Murtid). The protest by the Lucknow cousins a month ago named the perpetrators and their backers with complete clarity, resoundingly voicing truths which perhaps cannot or will not be spoken in the home country.

Fatwa issued by Darul Uloom Deoband is right but it does not denote to kill. It is just an answer to a questioner. To label the seminary like this sounds madness.off course, killing like this way is not plausible, I myself censure it, but I also condemn those who abuse the most pious men, the companions of the Prophet. Those abusers and maltreaters should be booked also.
Friend. If Fatwa is “right” then labeling “seminary like” that is also right! Indian Takfiri Deobandis can’t issue Fatwa to kill is their limitation —- India is not an “Islamic Republic” —- they will go to Jail. I being a Brelvi admit not all Deobandis are Takfiris. But in my life I have encountered many Deobandis who called Brelvis “Mushrik” as they go to shrines (like myself). Abusing loyal companions of the Lord (PBUH) is bad and deplorable. But Munafiqeen can’t be placed in the camp of Sahaba either. For the sake of unity I would say the controversies of early Islamic history should not be discussed. Opposing oppression in 21st century is more important.
