جمعہ تین اکتوبر کو جماعت اسلامی کے ہیڈ کوارٹر منصورہ میں امیر جماعت اسلامی سراج الحق سے ملاقات کے بعد میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے سابق صدر آصف زرداری نے کہا کہ عمران خان اور ڈاکٹر طاہر القادری کے دھرنوں سے وفاق اور صوبائی حکومتیں مفلوج ہوکر رہ گئی ہیں جبکہ کہیں ایسا نہ ہو کہ ہم آپس کی لڑائی میں ایسا کوئی واقعہ کر بیٹھیں جس سے کوئی بھی دشمن ملک کو نقصان پہنچائے ۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ آج ہمارے دوست بڑے بڑے جلسے کررہے ہیں لیکن وہ جلسے حب علی میں نہیں بلکہ بغض معاویہ میں ہیں – یعنی عوام عمران خان اور طاہر القادری کے جلسوں اور دھرنوں میں نواز شریف سے نفرت کی وجہ سے بھاری تعداد میں شریک ہیں
اگرچہ معاویہ اور نواز شریف کے طرز حکمرانی میں ان دونوں کے ظلم اور تکبر اور اہلبیت و آل رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے دشمنی کی وجہ سے مماثلت نظر آتی ہے اور اس بنا پر یہ تشبیہ حقیقت سے دور نہیں – البتہ تاریخی اور معنوی طور پر یہ محاورہ جو کہ دار العلوم دیوبند کی ایجاد ہے درست نہیں، یزید پلید کےپدر، ہندہ جگرخور کے پسر اور اہلبیت و اصحاب عظام کے دشمن معاویہ کی شخصیت میں کوئی ایسا پہلو نہ تھا جو اسے مولا علی سے ممتاز کرتا ہو

مولا علی کے مقابلے میں معاویہ سے محبت کسی نے نہیں کی سوائے ان لوگوں کے جو اس کے دسترخوان اور رشوت سے فیضیاب ہوئے – اس کے مقابلے میں مولائے کائنات حضرت علی کرم الله وجہ کی شخصیت میں کوئی ایسا پہلو نہیں جس کی بدولت کوئی شخص، سوائے ناصبیوں، سفیانیوں، تکفیریوں، وہابیوں اور دیوبندیوں کے، ان سے بغض رکھے – اسی لیے اصلی محاورہ یہ ہے – حب معاویہ نہیں، بغض علی میں – اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ حضرت علی کرم اللہ وجہ کی حضرت رسول خدا صلی الله علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ بے مثال وفاداری اور جانثاری اور جنگوں میں مولا علی کے ہاتھوں مارے جانے والے سینکڑوں کافروں، مشرکوں، منافقوں اور خارجیوں کی وجہ سے ان سے بغض رکھنے والے لوگوں کی خطیر تعداد موجود تھی جنہوں نے خاص طور پر حضرت عثمان رضی الله عنہ کی شہادت کے بعد پر پرزے نکالے – یہی وجہ ہے کہ حضرت علی کرم الله وجہ کی دشمنی میں کئی ایسے لوگ بھی اموی بادشاہ معاویہ کے لشکر میں شامل ہو گئے جن کو معاویہ سے اس کے حسب نسب اور سازشی اور کردار کی وجہ سے کوئی محبت نہیں تھی لیکن بغض علی میں یہ لوگ اکٹھے ہو گئے تھے – اس تاریخی حقیقت یعنی بغض علی کو چھپانے کے لئے دار العلوم دیوبند کے کچھ دشمن اہلبیت مولویوں نے بغض معاویہ کا محاورہ گھڑ دیا
چونکہ آج کل پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے رہنماؤں زرداری، بلاول اور خورشید شاہ کی نواز لیگ، سپاہ صحابہ اور جماعت اسلامی کے دیوبندیوں سے گہری دوستی ہے اس لئے محاورے بھی انہی کے استعمال کر رہے ہیں – یہ الگ بات ہے کہ زرداری صاحب نے یہی محاورہ استعمال کر کے نواز شریف کو معاویہ کے مماثل قرار دے دیا، اسے کہتے ہیں قسمت کی ستم ظریفی
