جیو،جنگ گروپ کی توھین مذھب کے خلاف مہم کی آڑ میں شیعہ پرسیکیوشن تیز کردی گئی
وینا ملک کی شادی کی تقریب میں حضرت علی کرم اللہ وجہہ الکریم اور خاتون جنت سیدہ فاطمۃ الذھرہ رضی اللہ عنھا کی شادی کے سہرے کی منقبت پڑھے جانے اور اس دوران ہونے والے معاملات کو اے آر وائی کے اینکر مبشر لقمان نے جو رنگ دیا اور اس حوالے سے جیو اور جنگ گروپ کو رگیدنے کے لیے جو طریقہ کار اختیار کیا اس سے براہ راست فائدہ شیعہ کی نسل کشی میں ملوث دیوبندی تکفیری گروہ اہل سنت والجماعت اور دیگر تنظیموں کو ہوا
جمعہ کے دن پورے ملک میں دیوبندی مساجد اور ملک بھر کے پریس کلبوں کے باہر دیوبندی تکفیری دھشت گرد تنظیم اہل سنت والجماعت /سپاہ صحابہ پاکستان/لشکر جھنگوی نے جنگ اور جیو کے خلاف احتجاج کے نام پر جتنے بھی مظاہرے کئے ان مظاہروں میں تقریریں کرتے ہوئے اس دھشت گرد تنظیم کے مرکزی،صوبائی ،ضلعی و دیگر عہدے داروں نے شیعہ کو کھلے عام کافر قرار دیا اور پاکستان کی وریاست سے مطالبہ کیا کہ احمدیوں کی طرح شیعہ کو بھی کافر قرار دیا جائے
دیوبندی اہل سنت والجماعت کے سربراہ محمد احمد لدھیانوی نے جھنگ میں نماز جمعہ کے خطبہ کے دوران اپنی تقریر میں کہا کہ
“اگر نواز شریف نے اپنے دوسرے دور حکومت میں قائد اہل سنت مولانا طارق اعظم کی جانب سے پیش کیا گیا ناموس صحابہ بل منظور کرلیا ہوتا تو رافضی،شیعہ ،سبائی ایسے بھونکتے نہ پھرتے،نہ ہی ان کے ایمان بگاڑ گاہوں میں صحابہ کے خلاف بکواس ہوتی،شیعہ اگر خلفاء کے خلاف بھونکنا بند نہیں کریں گے تو پھر ان کے ساتھ وہی سلوک ہوگا جو پاگل کتّے کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے”
اہل سنت والجماعت پاکستان کے مرکزی سیکرٹری جنرل قاری خادم ڈھلوں اور ملتان کے صدر اشفاق انجینئر اور دیگر رہنماؤں نے ملتان میں ریلی نکالی اور خطاب میں ساری باتیں شیعہ کمیونٹی کے خلاف کیں اور شیعہ کو ریاستی سطح پر کافر قرار دینے کا مطالبہ کیا گیا
اس سے چند روز قبل دیوبندی تکفیری اہل سنت والجماعت کا جنرل سیکرٹری قاری خادم ڈھلوں ملتان کے نواح 13/اے ایچ رکھ مخدوم کی ایک دیوبندی مسجد میں تقریر کرتے ہوئے یہ کہہ گیا کہ
جو امیر معاویہ کی شان میں گستاخی کرتا ہے وہ قران اور اسلام کا باغی ہے اور اس کی سزا موت ہے،حکومت توھین صحابہ پر سزائے موت کا قانون جب تک نہیں بنائے گی توھین کرنے والے محبان صحابہ کے ہاتھوں اپنے انجام کو پہنچتے رہیں گے
قاری خادم ڈھلوں جس چک میں تقریر کررہا تھا وہ جنود الحفصہ المعروف تحریک طالبان پنجاب کے امیر عصمت اللہ معاویہ کا آبائی چک ہے
سندھ کے دارالحکومت میں اہل سنت والجماعت کے مرکزی سیکرٹری اطلاعات و نشریات اورنگ زیب فاروقی کی تقریر بھی اس سے مختلف نہیں تھی
ملک بھر میں دیوبندی تکفیری دھشت گرد تنظیم نے جیو و جنگ گروپ کے خلاف تازہ توھین مذھب کے الزام کو لیکر اس موقعہ کو شیعہ کے خلاف نفرت پھیلانے اور شیعہ کو غیر مسلم قرار دلوانے کی مہم کو تیز کرنے کا زریعہ بنایا
جیسا کہ ادارہ تعمیر پاکستان نے اپنی انگریزی پوسٹ جوکہ اس نے جمعرات کو شایع کی تھی میں اس خدشے کا اظہار کیا تھا کہ مبشر لقمان جو مہم جیو ،جنگ کو گرانے کے لیے شروع کررہا ہے اس سے جیو جنگ گروپ گرے نہ گرے لیکن اہل تشیع کے خلاف اس مہم کو ضرور استعمال کیا جائے گا
ہمارے یہ خدشات بالکل ٹھیک ثابت ہوئے اور افسوس اس بات کا ہے کہ اہل سنت بریلوی اور اہل تشیع کی بہت سی جماعتیں اور عام شیعہ و بریلوی اے آر وائی اور جیو کی مسابقانہ جنگ کے اس نئے مرحلے میں بے سمجھے ،بے سوچے کود پڑے اور انھوں نے یہ بھی خیال نہ کیا کہ آنے والے دنوں میں جب ان کے خلاف گستاخ معاویہ اور شرک و بدعت کے مرتکبین کا فتوی دیکر دیوبندی تکفیری ان کے خلاف کاروائی کریں گے تو وہ کیسے اس کا دفاع کریں گے
جبکہ اہل تشیع اور اہل سنت بریلوی بخوبی واقف ہیں کہ کیسے ان کے خلاف توھین صحابہ کرام یا توھین مذھب کا الزام لگاکر مقدمات درج کرائے جانے کے سلسلے میں تیزی سے اضافہ ہوا ہے اور یہ مقدمات دیوبندی اہل سنت والجماعت /سپاہ صحابہ پاکستان کی مدعیت میں درج کئے جارہے ہیں اور زیادہ تر ایسے مقدمات پنجاب اور پھر سندھ میں درج کرائے جانے کا سلسلہ جاری و ساری ہے
تازہ ترین پیش رفت یہ ہے کہ اسلامی نظریاتی کونسل کا اجلاس مئی کی 22 تاریخ کو طلب کیا گیا ہے جو جیو جنگ گروپ کی جانب سے توھین اہل بیت کے ارتکاب کے الزام کا جائزہ لے گا اور اس حوالے سے سفارشات مرتب کرے گا
اسلامی نظریاتی کونسل اس وقت تنگ نظر دیوبندی ملّاؤں کے زیر اثر ہے اور اس کونسل سے کوئی بعید نہیں ہے کہ ایسی قانون سازی کے لیے سفارشات پیش کرے جس سے اس ملک میں شیعہ کے لیے جگہ اور تنگ ہوجائے
ہمارے نزدیک اہل سنت بریلوی اور اہل تشیع کی مذھبی سیاسی جماعتوں اور تنظیموں کو سب سے پہلے تو اہل سنت والجماعت دیوبندی تنظیم کے دفاتر بند کرانے اور ان کی دھشت گرد انتہا پسند قیادت کو گرفتار کرنے کی مہم چلانی چاہئے اور حکومت سے مطالبہ ہونا چاہئیے کہ جب اس تنظیم کو کالعدم قرار دیا جاچکا تو یہ تنظیم کام کیسے کررہی ہے
دوسرا اہل سنت و شیعہ تنظیموں کو محمد احمد لدھیانوی،قاری ڈھلوں،اورنگ زیب فاروقی سمیت دیوبندی تکفیری انتہا پسندوں کے ٹی وی چینلز اور اخبارات میں کوریج اور ان کے ٹاک شوز میں آنے کے سلسلے کو بند کرانے کا مطالبہ سامنے رکھنا چاہئیے اور اس حوالے سے طاقت کا مظاہرہ ہونا چاہئیے
پنجاب اسمبلی میں جمعہ کے روز ہی جو قرارداد منظور ہوئی یہ ایک طرح سے میچ پریکٹس ہے اور جو ماحول اس وقت توھین مذھب کے نام پر بنایا جارہا ہے اس کے سب سے بڑے متاثرین احمدیوں،ہندؤں ،عیسائیوں کے بعد شیعہ اور اہل سنت بریلوی بننے والے ہیں
اس وقت صورت حال یہ ہے کہ بلاسفمی ایکٹ کے تحت جس پر مقدمہ درج ہوتا ہے اس کے لیے نہ تو وکیل میسر ہوتا ہے،نہ ہی گواہ اور نہ ہی پراسیکیوشن و جوڈیشری کو غیر جانبدارانہ طور پر کام کرنے دیا جاتا ہے تو بالکل اسی طرح دیوبندی تکفیری جماعت اہل سنت والجماعت صوبوں اور مرکز میں توھین صحابہ بل لانے کی خواہش مند ہے تو اس کا مقصد اس بل سے بننے والے قانون کی آڑ میں شیعہ اور بریلویوں کو خاص طور پر معتوب کرنا اور ان کی پراسیکیوشن کو لیگل قرار دلوانا ہے
اس سارے عمل میں المیہ یہ ہے کہ دیوبندی انتہا پسند اور تکفیری اپنے عزائم اہل سنت بریلوی اور اہل تشیع کے کندھے ہی استعمال کرکے پورے کرنا چاہتے ہیں اور وہ شیعہ و بریلوی کے جذبات سے کھیل رہے ہیں
ہم پھر یہ کہنا چاہتے ہیں کہ اہل سنت بریلوی اور اہل تشیع کی سنٹر رائٹ سیاسی جماعتوں کو ادراک کرنے کی ضرورت ہے کہ ان کی سیاست کا بنیادی ہاٹ ایشو ملک میں پھیلے ہوئے دیوبندی تکفیری دھشت گرد اور انتہا پسند نیٹ ورک ہیں جن کی سب سے بڑی سرپرست اور ترجمان کالعدم اہل سنت والجماعت دیوبندی ہے اور جس کا عسکریت پسند چہرہ طالبان و لشکر جھنگوی و جیش محمد وغیرہ ہیں اور ان سب کے خلاف بھرپور آپریشن ،ان کے نیٹ ورکس کا خاتمہ اور ان کے لیڈروں کی گرفتاری یہ وہ اہداف ہیں جن پر سنّی اتحاد کونسل،پاکستان سنّی تحریک،مجلس وحدت المسلمین و دیگر سنٹر رائٹ شیعہ و بریلوی تنظیموں کو کام کرنا چاہئیے اور اس پر فوکس رکھنا چاہئیے

کچھ عرصہ پہلےمجلسِ وحدۃ المسلیمین کےجناب امین شہیدی صاحب کا انٹرویو کیا اور مختلف سوالات کے ذریعے یہ جاننے کی کوشش کی کہ کیا وہ اس مئوقف پرکہ آرمی اور ISI پاکستان کے اہل تشیع مسلمانوں کوبراہِ راست یا دہشت گرد گروہوں کےذریعےمرواتے ہیں، پر کوئی نرمی اختیار کرتے ہیں یا نہیں۔
جناب امین شہیدی نےISI اور آرمی کے خلاف ثبوتوں کے انبار لگا دیے۔مکمل تفصیلات اور ناموں کے ساتھ اس recorded انٹرویو میں جناب امین شہیدی نے ثابت کیا کہ کس طرح پاکستان آرمی نے لشکرِ جھنگوی کے چند دہشتگردوں، جو کہ بیسیوں بے گناہ اہلِ تشیع مسلمانوں کے قتل میں ملوث تھے اور ان کے خلاف ثبوت بھی موجود تھے، کو کوئٹہ گیریژن سے فرار کروایا۔ میں سمجھا جناب امین شہیدی نے کافی محنت سے یہ سب ثبوت اکھٹے کیے ہیں اور موصوف حضرت ﷴﷺ اور آل محمدﷺ کے سچے عاشق ہیں اور وطنِ عزیز کے اداروں کے غلط کردار کے ناقد ہیں اور فوری بہتری کے خواں ہیں۔
مگر آج جب مجلسِ وحدۃ المسلیمین کے مختلف لوگوں اور جناب امین شہیدی نے جیو کے خلاف بولتے ہوئے ARY کا نام تک نہ لیا جبکہ وہ سب جانتے تھے کہ ARY نےماضی قریب میں یہی قوالی تین مرتبہ انتہائی توہین آمیز انداز میں چلائی۔ ۔ ۔ تومجھ یہ واضح ہو گیا کہ آبپارہ کے اشاروں پر نا چنے کا وقت آئے تو کوئی سنی یا شیعہ نہیں ہوتا اور پھر نبی ﷺ یا آپ کی آل کی محبت بھی کوئی معنی نہیں رکھتی۔ صرف ناچنا ہوتا ہے اور بے دھڑک ناچنا ہوتا ہے اور عمران خان یا زاید حامد کی طرح یا سڑکوں پر ISI کے حق میں نعرے لگاتے دہشت گردوں کی طرح ناچنا ہوتا ہے۔
تقریبا یہی معاملہ مجلسِ وحدۃ المسلیمین کے جنرل سیکریٹری جناب ناصر عباس سے HRW کی ایک رپورٹ کے بعد گفتگو کرتے ہوئے پیش آیا۔ جناب امین شہیدی کی اہلِ بیتِ اطہار سے محبت میں Geo اور ARY کی اس تفریق کا ہمیشہ دکھ رہے گا مگرچلیں اچھا ہوا جہان بہت سے چہروں سے پردہ اٹھا وہاں ان مذھبی فنڈوز کا اصلیت کا بھی پتہ لگ گیا۔دیو بند اور اہل حدیث مکتبہ فکر کی جماعتیں تو پہلے ہی اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے اشاروں پر ہر انداز اور ڈھنگ سے ناچتی تھیں اب شیعہ اور بریلوی مکتبہ فکر کی جماعتیں بھی چند کو ڑیوں کے عوض ان سب سے کہیں بہتر ناچیں گی۔
