LUBP lauds Mufti Gulzar Naeemi’s brave stand against the Takfiri Deobandis – by Mahpara Qalander
The head of Jamea Naeemia Mufti Naeemi has come out with a brave stand against the Takfiri Deobandis who in his words “spill innocent blood in lieu of dollars and Saudi riyals”.
In his interview which was published by Islam Times, Mufti Sahib minced no words in his condemnation of the Shia genocide in Pakistan. He said, “The Shias have been a persistent target of terrorism while no Shia is involved in terrorism.” He expressed his shock that despite open claims by the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah-e-Sihabah (aka ASWJ) leaders that they want to destroy the Shias, no one has been arrested on terrorism charges.
To the question, “What sect do the terrorists belong to?” Mufti Sahib said that it was very clear who they were. “They are all Deobandis!” He did clarify that no all Deobandis are terrorists, but all terrorists are Deobandis.
He further elaborated this point by saying that the reason all attempts to bring about peace in Pakistan have failed is only because of the Deobandi-Takfiri mindset. “As long as the Deobandi mindset prevails, no efforts at inter-sectarian peace can succeed. We need to have a forum on which all sects are equally represented, and not just one.”
While condemning the government and its intelligence agencies for their failure to put down terrorism, Mufti Sahib appealed that the Sufic version of Islam be promoted. He said that by spreading the message of the Sufis and Islamic reformist of the past, Takfiri ideas can be defeated.
We at LUBP whole-heartedly welcome Mufti Gulzar Naeemi for his brave stand against the Takfiri Deobandis. In fact, this is what LUBP has been doing since its establishment four years ago. We appeal all patriotic Pakistanis that regardless of their creed or ethnicity, they should join hand with LUBP and the likes of Mufti sahib and defeat the evil of the Saudi-financed Deobandis who have turned Pakistan into a bloody battlefield.

Where are Shias? Why don’t they appreciate Mufti Sahib’s stand? Why don’t they comment? Why are they silent?
Any person who condemns Shia Genocide is a (spiritual) descendant of Hurr Shaheed Zohair ibnul Qain Shaeed (both were non-Shia Fidayee of Imam Hussein (AS)). This is a war, Shia must recognize their friends and foes.
In reply to brother Abdullah’s comments……… We as a Shia nation have always had a huge respect for our Barelvi brothers……. They have always stood up for us in our difficult times……. Mufti Sahib’s brave stance should be applauded……. I pray for Mufti Sahib’s health, long life and safety…….. And as far as recognizing of friends and foes is concerned, we do recognize both of them very well…….
