Mr. Nadeem Ahmed is a man of honesty and courage. Callmate an old story of about five years ago has been revived to victimize people. Riaz thakedar game has alredy back fired, now another wrong step of government. May ALLAH Bless us

This Article clearly shows conspiracy behind victimizing Nadeem Sahib,

i. He is purportedly arrested for Callmate but this Article says “friend of Chief Justice” arrested… why the writer is trying to connect this instance with Chief Sahib.

ii. Mr. Nadeem had been working (as he is not yet licensed to practice before the Hon’ble Supreme court) with Mr. Akram Sheikh to represent his clients and publi intrest litigation before the Supreme Court. But callmate issue has nothing to do with Mr. Akram Sheikh. Why is he being dragged here?

iii. There is no point of naming member of PTI as an employee of Mr. Nadeem’s law firm specially when she was not there at the time of callmate crash.. Writer wants to give some political gainst to its dictators an masters

iv.The writer at once jumped upon remarks “Such people who defrauded public with Rs6 billion cannot be trusted at all with justice.” so the writer was appointed to deliver judgment
v. The writer has quoted SEC report. This report says that he had only 1.7% of paid up capital . That means negligible shares. Secondly, even if he was guilty of insider trading it is SECP who can fine (remember under Pakistani law offence of insider trading is only punishable with fine not imprisonment)it hs nothing to do with NAB.

The context shows that Mr. Nadeem Ahmed has been victimized for his contribution towards judiciary. Riaz thakedar has been backfired this step will also fail INSHA ALLAH. The character of Nadeem sahib is clear from the fact that this government and its servant NAB failed to find any excuse for his victimization in the near past and it had to revive a buried story of Callmate.
NAB is unable to say how the fraud was played… blocked cards fall within the domain of operations, chief executive not board of directors. Even if it was the case why NAB kept on sleeping. May ALLAH Almighty bless Nadeem Sahib and we may establish justice here

I do not know who Mr. Nadeem is. But, from reading the whole article and comments it looks he is a very important figure in the four years of judicial activitism.

The argument that SEP report is five years old, the commenting persons, while defending Mr. Nadeem, just forgot how old is Swiss case. Hmmmm, the wheel is turning other way round. For all the cases pending in SC, the government is being declared corrupt, but for Nadeem they are sure he would come clean at the end of the day.

This “Thakedar” Mr. Malik Riaz, has already turned the table on Chief Justice. He is not afraid to go jail, but before he goes there, he has in his bag some astounding facts which he will disclose one after the other. I think, SC is playing the game just he assessed it would do. He knows what he is, he openly says he bribed, he bribes and he would continue to bribe. It is the integrity of SC which is at stake. Even if, in contempt case he would be ordered not to speak, he will.

CJ wanted political milage through the guns of judiciary, well the political game has started.

Reviving old cases is not victimization ipso fact but the circumstances prove that it is

Whether any new evidence has been received in this case against the director

Whetehr it was brought on record that such case was mishandled in past and the person doing so is also prosecuted

whether the accused had used its position to curb these cases

Whether all other directors have been arrested or there is anything special against Mr. Nadeem who was not even executive director, not responsible for day to day affairs and not drawing any salary

If above or any other relevant factor is not present (as in this case it is not) and an old case is taken up and instantly one and only one of several directors is arrested… then it is pure victimization.

If it was not victimization, they may continue prosecution in the case , if after all NAB court (though the most unreliable one acting as servant of government) convicts him, he may be arrested.

Further, what you expect why Mr. Akram Sheikh & Respected Chief Justice is drageed in this news unnecessarily. The cases reported in news are argued by Mr. Akram Sheikh. Who was aggrieved by these cases? Gilani & Zardari
All behind this game are Gilani & Zardari. NAB acting as their servant
The writer says ” He was also a part of several petitions initiated by dangerous duffers to harass Pakistan’s civilian government and leadership”. When government harrasses by judicial action? It has no issue as to financial cost of judicial action? It should feel happy that the matter will be determined by court… but writer says judicial action harrasses government and leadership ..whether there is any leadership???… The story is clear.. government sufferred owing to these judicial actions because it was wrong. as a revenge it has tried to curb the voice of courage and honesty which it can never do
You don’t know about Mr. Nadeem. Ask those who knows him. He is known as man of principles and honesty. Who gives way to peon but not enter into elevator by breaking que. He is regarded in banking industry (his major client) on account of his professionalism coupled with honesty & integrity.

NAB is such a lawyer who after arresting a citizen from home says he was trying to fly and was arrested at airport… NAB duffers don’t know how a person can fly without visa….. Unreliable NAB… NAB chairman should be prosecuted for this

It is payback time Mr. Lawyer. For four years or so, SC was encroaching in Executive forte and you all were beating drums of appreciation. Just how many cases of corruptions have been decided by SC – none to my knowledge. But PPP government faced them with patience. Hamid Saeed Kazmi remained in Jail for one and half year and at the end of the day nothing came up against him. And now when the mother nature has turned the wheel other way round you all are crying “conspiracy conspiracy”. If at all, government is behind all this FACE IT like brave men and women. Let NAB and FIA come up in the courts where filtering process would ensue, why are you crying like a widow.

At this point in time, Court’s integrity is at stake (confessed by none other than SC), the whole media is exposed with hefty “gifts” either by ISI or Riaz Malik, some politicians are hiding themselves lest some hidden deals might be exposed by Riaz Malik. All you can do is shout with full throat “conspiracy” – well keep on doing what you can do, nobody is stopping you, but for a short while look around what is happening in rebuttal. It is pay back time. All your logics will fall on deaf ear of masses, they are watching the show with wide eyes.

The biggest crook today in Pakistan is a Chief Justice & his Son, out to destroy existing weak democracy in Pakistan. His entire effort as of today is to save his corrupt son involved in a LOOTMAR of billions of rupees upon backing from his corrupt Father. Both father & son needs to be jailed for life and all looted wealth from this country be confiscated by the State.
