CJ Gate: Is this how ISI is blackmailing Pakistan’s Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry?
Not unlike my colleague Najam Sethi of the Jang Group, I have been hired by the usual suspects to shift the blame to the civilian government.

We are cross-posting the first episode of Washington Beat, a web-based talk show focusing on the latest news from Pakistan. This week host Dr Manzur Ejaz talks to Shaheen Sehbai, Group Editor of The News International (of notorious Jang Group).
Shaheen Sehbai’s interview reveals details about the scam of Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry’s son. In his conversation with Manzur Ejaz, Sehbai discusses how Arslan Chaudhry (CJ’s son) received more than Rs. 300 million, how their family was sent abroad, given credit cards, but everything was video taped and recorded. Was the Chief Justice trapped by agencies in order to retrieve concessions for the ISI, Frontier Constabulary in Balochistan and their proxies (Jihadi-sectarian militants of Difa-e-Pakistan Council comprising Sipah-e-Sahaba and Lashkar-e-Taiba)?
Why did Shaheen Sehbai omit the fact that CJ Iftikhar Chaudhry also happens to be Rana Sanaullah’s cousin, who in turn is known for forging an alliance between PML-N and Sipah-e-Sahaba in Punjab.
While Shaheen Sehabi presents an apologist stance in defence of Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry, shifting the blame from the agencies on to elected civilian government for a conspiracy against the CJ, he does not discuss the fact that this clearly seems to be an attempt by the usual suspects to blackmail Iftikhar Chaudhry to secure release of ISI’s assets such as Malik Ishaq, Hafiz Saeed, Molvi Abdul Aziz etc.
In the present program, Shaheen Sehbai has once again shown his biased attitude (a hallmark of employees and affiliates of notorious Jang Group), instead of asking Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry to resign and let a fair trial against his corrupt son, he is instead busy in propagating conspiracy theory. He thinks Chaudhry and his son are teenage kids who were easily trapped by some ‘evil’ PPP-wallas.
Or is this just another pressure tactic by the usual suspects to further blackmail and subdue the already right-wing leaning Supreme Court?

Shaheen Sehbai has revealed that soon a scandal is likely to surface against the Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Ch’s son.
He said “CJ’s son was given up to Rs400 million in a planned conspiracy. The conspiracy is now complete and can be brought to surface anytime.”
According to Shaheen Sehbai CJ’s son received millions of rupees plus sponsored foreign trips with credit cards to be used abroad for him and his family from a famous business tycoon of Pakistan. “There are quite a few people in Pakistan whose earnings are in billions of rupees and who can easily invest in such conspiracy plans. The person who I am referring to has relationships with military and politicians likewise. Nowadays he is very close to government,” he added.
Sehbai further said “I received this info from a very credible source. The person, who gave money to CJ’s son, had accepted it. They have documented everything. CJ’s son has also accepted receiving money in his private gatherings. He is ready to go to jail if it requires.”
However, Sehbai said that the details of the business for which this huge money was lended to CJ’s son is still unknown. “Few years back Musharaf (Former president of Pakistan) put charges on Iftikhar Ch that he misused his authority to provide his son a job. So how can a job seeker become such a brilliant businessman in just few years that people gave him millions? Therefore, it was a planned conspiracy,” Sehbai added.
He also said that CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Ch is very angry on this matter. “CJ said to his close friends that he will sidelined his family,” Shaheen continued.
Sehbaui alos said that famous journalists including Najam Sethi, Kamran Khan and Hamid Mir were aware of the whole matter. He also said that Aitzaz Ahsan, Qamar-uz-Zaman Kaira and other Pakistan Peoples Party’s top leadership were also aware of this conspiracy but just could not ‘find courage to bring it up.’
Interestingly, according to Shaheen Sehbai Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s chief Imran Khan was among those few who knew about it.
Not to forget that following the Prime Minster’s contempt of court verdict Imran Khan gave messages to Supreme Court and CJ in his speeches that nation will stand by him (CJ).

its about a scam,somebody gave him 30million ruppees +uk family visit+credit cards and video+audio recording of all …thats the case but HAMID MIR (a hero of Raza Rumi, Marvi Sirmed, Ejaz Haider, Omar Waraich etc) said he had already seen all evidences and he think there is nothing directly connected to CJ.
so PPP wont released this video,if PPP do so then CJ will take suo moto notice and inquire about his son and who recorded this video and what was the purpose ….dr shahid masood and other jurnos saying there will be a big storm in islo soon ,ppl will be on roads in favour of CJP and again lawyers + civil society come forward ..
why would be lawyers and civil soecity on roads except compromised affiliates of Jang Groups’ Aman Ki Asha (Tahira Abdullah, Beena Sarwar types) and ASWJ, JuD, PMLN types? celeberating Cj’s son corruption ? is CJ a prophet ? is he and his family above investigations, critisizm ? if there is a proof against CJ;s son it should be investigated.

Justice and all other cheap justices must resign from the courts. Iftikhar Ch has no moral authority to stay in courts. By by baby.
CJP must have known how his son is living beyond his means. But in the first place while he lectures everybody on morality and ethics, he should have asked the Supreme Judicial Commission to decide on the charges levied by Musharraf government and not attended the court till the decision. The 13 Judges bench quashed the reference on technical and procedural mistakes done by the arrogant Musharraf regime, but they did not exonerate the CJP from the charges that he got his son ‘right postings and transfers.’ Musharraf’s reference was moved because he was instigated by then Law Secretary and CJ of Punjab. CJP said ‘No’ to the General and we all supported him against a military dictator. This “NO” was his NRO which absolved him and his colleagues from validating Musharraf’s coup. But when Benazir Bhutto gave her life for standing up against Musharraf and Taliban — the biggest threat to Pakistan — she was not spared by CJP and many of our friends. NRO became a source to destablise an elected government. True they are corrupt and inefficient but remove them democratically through elections not through conspiracies and Judicial Coup led by their commander who says they have unity of command. Is he running a supreme court or a battalion?
