Increasingly, Pakistani scholars and rights activists of diverse ethnic, religious and political backgrounds on Twitter are clearly condemning Deobandi terrorists of Taliban (TTP) and Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan (SSP aka ASWJ aka LeJ) who are not only massacring Shia Muslims but are also killing Sunni Sufis or Barelvis, moderate Deobandis, Ahmadis, Christians, Hindus etc, and have slaughtered thousands of civilians, policemen and army men.

With a few exceptions (see this collection: https://lubpak.com/archives/tag/media-discourse-on-deobandi-terrorism), many Saudi-Salafi-Wahhabi-Deobandi influenced politicians, religious leaders, media persons and their pseudo-liberal partners are generally silent on the common Deobandi identity of terrorist outifits.

Here is a sample of a few (not all) voices on Twitter that are trying to break the obfuscation and silence in Pakistan’s mainstream media on the common Deobandi identity of the TTP, ASWJ-SSP, LeJ, Jundullah and other Deobandi terroist outfits.
