Politics of Sahibzada Fazle Karim
MNA Sahibzada Fazle Karim is a senior member of the PML-N and Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP). JUP is a traditional Barelvi political party, which is moderate in its thinking and is popular with traditional and folk Muslims in Pakistani villages in Sindh and Punjab.
Sahibzada Karim is also a senior and most vocal member of the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC). After the barbaric attack on the grandest shrine of Lahore, the “Data Darbar”, Sahibzada Karim is consistently demanding resignation of Rana Sanaullah.
I want to ask Sahibzada Karim if he is so sure about Rana Sanaullah’s involement with sectarian militants then why didn’t he raise this issue in the PML-N CEC meeting, and if he was not allowed to raise his concern in the PML-N CEC, then he should have raised this issue in the parliament.
According to media reports, Sahibzada Fazal Karim received a plot (worth Rs 350 million) from the Punjab government for some mysterious holy purposes. We as citizens deserve an explanation from Sahibzada Karim Sahib why he wanted this huge money. And If he thinks this is OK, then he should not criticize the Punjab government for providing funds to Jamat-ul-Dawah.
Sahibzada Karim has to come clean on the issue of terrorism; apparently his stance is a politically motivated one which is only to humiliate Rana Sanaullah in course of internal party politics to capture maximum control of the PML-N Faisalabad chapter.
don’t you think any differenc between 35 million and 35 crore…..35 million is just 3.5 crore……35 crore is 350 million…..????

I cannot find a link on BBC Urdu but I guess I recently read an article there which suggested that one major gain (after the Data sahib’s incident) by the Barelvi community (Fazal Karim type) is that now they will have a direct control of Auqaf mosques and shrines through their nominated and trusted agents, and the money will indeed go to their sacred pockets.

These “made in Pakistan” Mullahs are the same, they always run for financial benefits and control over places of religious importance. The difference between deobandi and barelvi mullah is their scope of activities, Deobandi Mullahs were introduced to big ventures as Afghan Jihad, Kashmir Jihad etc. etc. Thanks to Rabta Alam E Islami, an international Ulema body Under the Saudi control with bulk of funding and other benefits…. Which has turned deobandis into earners from international ventures. Barelvi still are dependant on local resources as dargahs, mazaraat, madressahs etc…
This Sahibzada type is not even liked in his own barelvi circles for his opportunism.

Mr. Sahibzada Fazle Karim, I would like to communicate with you, because people like you are destroying/destroyed Pakistan for their own personal gains. You live a luxurious life and do not care about the masses as long as your kind have a comfortable life.
Convince me that you are true Muslim and understand the teachings of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Allah and are not in Politics for POWER and EXPLOITATION of the poor.
