@Sheen Alif! There are lots of Urdu distinguished writers, but lamentably they are not getting space in the right wing mainstream newspapers. And you know in Pakistan Urdu Press and religious clerics ‘Masjid ka Molvi/Gerje ka Padri’ are the two main institutions of public opinion-making. Our Kudos to Daily ‘Aajkal’ that is publishing liberal, secular and democratic content as well as alternative non popular point of view.
Thanks God we have some sane voices in the Urdu print media.
