How does the “Sunni vs Shia” prism explain the Genocide of Christians and Yazdis by Wahabi/Deobandi ISIS – by Syed Riaz Al-Malik Hajjaji

ISIS John MacCain

Those were the days when ISIS was known by a different set of vowels and consonants like FSA. Back then they were just chewing on Shia livers, massacring Christians and attacking Sunni Kurds.

Who would have thought that arming, training, supporting and collecting Salafis & Deobandi fanatics from all over the world would have a blowback effect? Duh! I mean Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar, Jordan who directly facilitated this and the US, UK and France that indirectly facilitated this don’t have any Case studies (Afghanistan) to see what such an “adventure” would lead to.

Now that ISIS is conducting a genocide of Yezdis, Shias and Christians in Iraq and when Syria and Iran have attacked ISIS before the US did, how can we continue to obfuscate this situation? Between Pro Taliban Trotskyites like Tariq Ali who blame America for everything and and those who want to blame Iran for everything, we are truly in a State of Confusion while the Salafis and Deobandis are in the Islamic State of Syria and Levant!

The enemies of the US like Iran and Syria are fighting ISIS and the Imam Ali Shrine at Najaf is providing Santuary to Christians. Meanwhile Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey are said it be facilitating ISIS and they are the friends of the US.

How does the “Sunni vs Shia” prism explain the Genocide of Christians and Yezdis by the same Salafis and Deobandis who are also conducting Shia Genocide in Iraq and Pakistan. How does this prism explain the Shias protecting Christians in Iraq?

When Pro ISIS rallies are being taken out in Europe and Australia, can we really afford to stay locked in the False Neutral Binaries that have gone past their sell by date.

Meanwhile in Pakistan, Good Jinnah Liberals are united with urban Taliban and Al Qaeda affiliates like ASWJ-LeJ in bashing, mocking and abusing an anti Taliban Sunni Sufi cleric who has united the Barelvi/Sufi Sunnis and Shias on one platform against the Taliban and ISIS type Takfiris. This Sunni leader’s movement is termed as a Durood (Salutations) vs Barood (explosives = suicide bombing) movement.

All we need is for Senator McCain to hop on over to Lahore and pose with the Deobandi leaders of the anti-Shia, anti-Sunni Barelvi, anti-Ahmadi, anti-Christian anti-Hindu, anti-women organization ASWJ-LeJ and bask in the handsome glory of Messers Ludhianvi, Tahir Ashrafi and Malik Ishaq.

Remember when Senator John McCain went to Syria and met with factions of rebels fighting the Assad regime?

As it turns out, the group that he was meeting with was a particular subset of rebels in Syria, who we now know as ISIS.

That’s right, the very same terrorist group ISIS which is carrying out ruthless acts of terror and crime in Iraq as we speak, was who McCain was meeting with in Syria.

When the Arizona senator got back from his trip to Syria, he said…

“It was a very moving experience to meet these fighters who have been struggling now for over two years,” McCain said on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360”.

“And they’re very aware of the battlefield situation” the Arizona senator continued, “and they’re very disturbed about the dramatic influx of Hezbollah fighters, more Iranians, and of course, stepped-up activities of Bashar Assad.”

In the images ISIS released recently of their members posing with McCain, the man closest to John McCain is none other than General Salim Idris, who was then the head of the Free Syria “moderates”.

What happened to him?

Idris was booted out for being too moderate. This is the group that McCain was supporting. Yes, the same senator who joyously sang “Bomb, Bomb, Bomb, Bomb-Bomb Iran” to the tune of an old Beach Boy’s song. Looks like he and ISIS have the same sense of humor.
