Shia and Barelvi leaders in Karachi point towards the Sipah-e-Sahaba terrorists for sectarian terrorism in Karachi:
Shia cleric Allama Abbas Komaili, heading the Jaffaria Alliance Pakistan rally at Kharadar, condemned the attacks and said at least nine members of his sect have been killed during the last 15 days.
He was of the opinion that a banned Sunni militant outfit was behind the targeted killings, and the government had failed to provide protection to Shias.
Sunni Tehreek (ST) leader Mobin Qadri said the government should take serious action against the banned outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan, which was currently working with a new name of the ASWJ. He said instead of taking action against the SSP, the police had unfairly sealed the office of the ST. A future strategy would be decided in a meeting with the party’s chief, he added.
Leaders of the ASWJ (Sipah-e-Sahaba) also levelled similar allegations against the authorities. ASWJ spokesman Ehsanullah Farooqui said his organisation had lost 17 members this year. Addressing a rally, he said that some people in Ancholi were openly abusing the Sahaba-e-Karaam. The leaders said if the killing of their activists did not stop, they would protest in front of the Governor’s House and announce a future plan of action. Some members of ASWJ have also asked the Sunni people through loudspeakers of mosques to come out on the streets to safeguard and protect the honour of the Sahaba-e-Karaam.

Here are are number of most recent reports from Karachi. It appears that the local administration in Karachi, under extreme pressure from Pakistan’s intelligence agencies, has decided to give a free hand to terrorists of Sipah-e-Sahaba (currently camouflaged as the Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ)).
Consequently, a number of persons belonging to Barelvi and Shia sects have been injured or killed by the Sipah-e-Sahaba terrorists.

KarachiSectarian tensions gripped the city on Thursday as several shops and vehicles were set ablaze and many people were injured when religious groups clashed with each other in two different incidents.
At least nine people were injured in a clash between the Sunni Tehreek (ST) and the banned Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan (SSP) in the New Karachi Industrial Area police limits. Eight warehouses, six shops, two restaurants, five houses and two vehicles were set on fire.
Both groups exchanged fire for several hours; as a result, four people received bullet wounds.
The injured were identified as Farooq, Muhammad Ameen, Abu Bakr and Muhammad
Ali.
After the clash, shops and petrol pumps in Godhra Camp were closed and traffic was suspended.
Similarly, shops and markets in New Karachi, Bilal Colony, New Karachi Industrial and other areas of district central also remained closed. Later, the enraged mob damaged a fire tender and beat up Fire Officer Ashraf Ansari and his four firemen.
Soon after the incident, contingents of police and Rangers personnel rushed to the spot and controlled the situation.
The law enforcement personnel carried out a search operation in the area and arrested more than 30 miscreants, recovering weapons from their possession.
Meanwhile, the police also arrested the Imam of the New Karachi Godra Camp Masjid. The area people cordoned off the New Karachi Industrial Area police station to protest his arrest. They were demanding his release.
Later in another incident on Thursday night, the law and order situation worsened in the Ancholi area once again and police and Rangers had to fire teargas to prevent a clash between two rival groups.
Eyewitnesses said a rally of the Sunni Tehreek (ST) was passing through the Ancholi area when the clash occurred. Shops were immediately closed and panic gripped the area.
Police and Rangers personnel rushed to the area and resorted to aerial firing and teargas shelling to disperse the activists.
All businesses on Sharah-e-Pakistan and the adjoining areas of F B Area were closed and the vehicular traffic was diverted to other roads and thoroughfares.
Ali Qadir, a resident in the Ancholi area, said he was buying some food items from a confectionary when he heard people shouting slogans.
“I came out and saw two groups of people, having flags of their respective parties, chanting slogans against each other’s sects.”
Senior police officials were not immediately available for comments but some police personnel deputed in the area confirmed that the clash was sectarian in nature.
“But we had clear instructions from our high-ups not to let both the groups clash at any cost and we were authorised of using maximum force to prevent any clash,” Adnan, an ASI present on the occasion, told The News.
The law enforcers blocked roads leading to Sohrab Goth and Shahrah-e-Pakistan to control the situation, he maintained.
On Wednesday, the killing of an activist of the Imamia Students Organisation (ISO) in Bahadurabad on Wednesday morning, triggered violence as angry protesters torched three vehicles and damaged a restaurant, a bus stand and a CNG station in Ancholi.
The protesters also blocked Shahra-e-Pakistan, creating a traffic gridlock in the area, and vehicles coming from the Super Highway were diverted on other routes.

Sources said the clash took place between the Deoband and Barelvi factions after around four Sunni Tehreek (ST) activists – Abdullah, Muslim, Faisal and Farrukh – shot and injured a young man named Bilal after an exchange of hot words.
The clash took place near the Rehmania Masjid, in which members of both groups resorted to firing and blocked the busy thoroughfare for hours by pelting the passing vehicles with stones, causing a massive traffic jam.
At least three people were injured in the clash and taken to the hospital, where they were identified as Ameen Farooq, 18, Abu Bakar Muhammad Hussain, 15, and Farooq Muhammad Ali, 22.
As per reports, unidentified men torched seven shops and two houses and also attacked fire brigade vehicles attempting to put out the fire.
Fire brigade officials returned to the fire stations as they refused to be on the site without police protection.
ST spokesman Fahimuddin Sheikh said the miscreants, affiliated with the Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ), attacked Barelvis and destroyed their properties.
The rival group torched at least 24 shops, seven houses and a sector office of the ST, he added.
“If the culprits are not arrested, the ST would punish them,” he warned.
However, ASWJ spokesman Ahsanullah Farooqui said they did not have anything to do with the clash, as it was purely between the Deobandis and Barelvis.
Unconfirmed reports suggested the law enforcers detained some people including the Rehmania Masjid pesh imam who was later released after some people staged a protest against his detention. staff report

KARACHI: Situation in Ancholi area of Karachi was tense after armed clashes erupted between two rival groups late night, sources said Friday.
One man named Ali Raza was killed while three others were injured during armed clashes in Ancholi area Thursday.
The clashes allegedly began when a religious group was rallying near Water Pump and chanted slogans against their rival group.
Police resorted to aerial firing to disperse the activists and arrested three criminals.
Situation was still tense in the area as funeral of the deceased man Ali Raza will be held today after Friday prayers.
Security arrangements have been tightened in the area to avoid any untoward incident. Rangers and police have been deployed to bring the situation under control. SAMAA
One of my friends live in Incholi and according to him some people used Deobandi mosques’ loud speakers for provocative announcements. Later on a rally was held in which derogatory and very provocative slogans were raised against Shia community and when people belonging to Shia community retaliated by raising slogans, rally members opened fire and killed a Shia youth Ali Raza !
I’m wondering why police and rangers didn’t take action against administration of Deobandi mosques who are responsible for Shia youth’s killing !
oh so its deobandi brelivi issue ,I was searching on the internet all the newpapers was saying “Two Religious groups ” who are they we do not know …I do not know the reason to hide this .
The Jamaati Media and propaganda machine would twist this situation and they would blame MQM or PPP .

SSP no doubt are mostly Punjabi Taliban but Sunni Tehreek is another sectarian group the oxygen of Sunni Tehreek is the hatred against Deobandis that’s how they are surviving . ST used to write on the wall “surat gandi seerat gandi deo bandi deobandi ” and other kind of hatred words .
just few years ago there was not such differences in public regarding deobandi and brelvis now the differences are keep increasing .

One can find SSP’s wall chalking against Shia community on walls of Karachi and they are even organising rallies freely but no action, why ???

I do not think that MQM is behind in this conflicts , All sectarian issue provide strength to Talibazionist and Jamatism .No secular party support sectarianism .Its a perception that “Karachi main MQM kay hukum kay baghir aik patta nahi hil sakta ” which is totally wrong .There are many groups are strong as same as MQM ,Like ST ,SSP ,ANP ,PPP,Jiye sind Mdaris Group and Fouji Group etc .

Shia Men & Localities being Attacked by Sipah e Sahaba Terrorists
The Terrorists were chanting Anti Shia Slogans, and calling them infidels, which infuriated the Shia Youth who also came on the streets of their homes in the Incholi society, but when this Procession tried to enter Incholi Society area, Block 20 Federal B ‘Area , One of the Shia Locality of Karachi.

The Youth and the Residents who were present on the streets, they blocked the Road, so they could not enter the area, but when both the groups came face to face, The Participants of the rally fired several shots, which created panic, and to avert any Public Disaster the Police and Rangers, present at the scene, also fired several shots, and then fired tear gas to disperse the crowd, but the shelling was so heavy that several fired Tear gas shells fell into the house of the Shia Residents of the area.Till late in the night the situation was quite tense in that part of Karachi, till the filing of this report .
And this is not the first incident which took place in Karachi in the recent past, Before this the same group have attacked the residents of Habib Bank Quarters ,Orangi town 11 ½ , in which shaheed Shahzad Hussain embraced Shahdat, then In Korangi , about six hundred People under the flag of same SSP, came and attacked the Imam bargah e Wali e Asar, which resulted in Injuring 9 Shia Men, and all of them were first beaten, and have sustained bullet wounds, some of them are still under treatment in different Hospitals.

Karachi tense, as 3 dead in firing incidents

KARACHI: Various Karachi areas are tense as at least three people were killed in the firing incidents continued overnight, Geo News reported Saturday.
The firing that started yesterday evening, triggered panic, resulting in the closure of all the commercial areas in the affected areas, and the people woke through the night.
These areas include Abul Hasan Isfahani Road, Ancholi Society, Nagan Chawrangi, Paposh Nagar and Shadman Town.
Following the firing incidents, additional contingents of police and the Rangers were deployed in the above-mentioned areas amid patrols by the Law Enforcement Agencies.
It should be mentioned that that at least ten people have lost their lives in the two days of firing incidents.
According to police sources, some unidentified miscreants shot down Nasim Hussain Jaffery, a pathologist in a private hospital, whose body was transported to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
This morning, a youth was gunned down in New Karachi Sector-5. The deceased, body was taken to Civil Hospital, has been identified as Qari Rizwan Qadri.
According to Sunni Tehreek spokesman, the deceased belonged to their party.
The spell of aerial firings began after the incident, halting the trade activities in the areas. Also, the enraged people torched vehicles and the private properties.
The security has been beefed up to bring the situation under control in the affected areas; however, no has been arrested as yet.

After much provocation, a party comprising of few individuals of Shia community went for dialog upon which the situation got out of hand and anarchy was observed. Sipha e Sahaba (SSP) squadron themselves in block 17, opposite to Incholi (heavy populated Shia commune) and opened straight fire on the general public, injuring 4 individuals; later taken to hospitals.
Among the 4, Ali Raza, an 20 year old minor was standing outside his house in one of the lanes at Incholi, unaware of the situation, was martyred with a shot to his neck. The rest remain injured with gun shot and treated at local Hospital
The unfounded sick group didn’t resort to this, but went ahead and vandalized many a houses of Shiite in block 17 region, incurring heavy losses and harassing individuals within.
Police and rangers reached the premise long after the incident, though session of firing remained. Police, instead of assisting the harassed, ensured that shelter is provided enough to the Yazeedi group whereby they could escape. They used tear gas and live bullets upon residents of Incholi protesting the heinous act, while the other group deliberated their escape easy. The Nasibi group kept the session alive of firing on Incholi till Rangers went ahead and took control of the area by arresting close to 4 individuals in Block 17.
The funeral prayer of shaheed Ali Raza were offered at Khar ul Ammal Mouse at Ancholi society after Namaz e Zohraen prayer.
On 10th of June, Thursday Evening Sipah-e-Sahahba equipped with weapons took rally against Shia Muslims and chanted sectarian slogans against Shiite they tried to enter in Shia populated area Saadat Society Ancholi, F. B Area Blk 20. Due to police and Rangers firing they escaped temporarily. Then again in late night they ceased Shia Populated area Saadat Society Ancholi with all kinds of weapon. Resisting of Shia Muslims failed to Wahabi terrorists of Sipaha-e-Sahaba to enter in their area. During the firing of Wahabi terrorists a Shia young man is martyred.
Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has established a strong network in Karachi. Its terrorism is spraed from Khyber PakhtunKhuwa to Punjab and now growing in Sindh. The network of sipah-e-sahaba, Leshkar-e-Jhangvi and TTP is same. Besides involvement in sectarian violence, they are also engaged in bank robberies, ransom and anti-state activities. KARACHI: The city was hit by another spate of violence as a member of the Shia sect was targeted in Ancholi while an Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat worker was killed in Nazimabad on Friday.
Violence erupted late on Thursday when gunfire was exchanged between a Shia and a Sunni group following the rally of one of their parties on Sharae Pakistan. As gunshots echoed in the Ancholi neighbourhood, shops remained closed and several vehicles were torched.
A member of the Shia sect, Ali Raza, 25, was gunned down by unidentified men early Friday while Syed Mehmudul Hassan Siddiqui, 35, was shot dead in North Nazimabad.
Police and Rangers deputed in the area were unable to control the situation and had to call for backup. At least seven people have been injured in the ensuing riots.
In the past week, two brothers belonging to the Shia sect were also killed. Shahzad Raza and his older brother, Asif Raza, were residents of Federal B Area Block-18.
When the brothers’ bodies arrived at home, the neighbourhood remained tense. Scores of people took to the streets and shouted slogans against the government and the police for failing to curb sectarian violence.
Violence also erupted during the funeral prayers in Ancholi when a fight broke out between the police and the protesters, who blocked the main road and caused damage to nearby shops and a vehicle. Protesters also attacked the bus stop of route 2-D buses.

The Central demonstration was held outside the Khoja Mosque Kharadar, Addressing the demonstration Jafaria Alliance Chief Allama Abbas Kumaili, Allama Aftab Haider Jafari, Maulana Hussain Masoodi, Allama Furqan, Allama Jafar Raza and others termed that the target killing of Shia Muslims in the metropolis is the failure of Sindh Government.
They said that Governor Sindh Ishratul Ebad and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah personality comes under the question over their negligence to arrest the terrorists of outlawed Nasabi’s organization.
They also alleged that some senior people of the government of Sindh had visited the headquarters of the terrorist groups in the past, and that “these people might have been involved in the recent target killings of the Shia community”.
Shia leaders demanded of the president, the prime minister, the chief justice and the chief of the Army staff that an army operation be conducted at the hideouts of the banned outfit all over Sindh “to combat terrorism and eliminate Punjabi Taliban from the country”.
The Jafferia Alliance alleged that Punjabi Taliban were involved in the killing of Shias and warned the government of Sindh to “refrain from patronizing the banned terrorist organizations”.
The meeting observed that terrorist groups were involved in “the genocide of the Shia community” and the silence of the government proved that “it also supported the banned outfit”.
The participants of the meeting also claimed that they had informed the government in advance about the activities of terrorist groups, especially the Punjabi Taliban, who, for the last one month, had targeted Shia youths. However, they added, the government did not pay heed to the JAP warning, as a result more than 10 Shia youths, including doctors, became victims of this spate of targeted killings.
On the one hand, the Punjabi Taliban were busy “in the genocide of Shias”, while on the other hand the government was avoiding taking action against these groups which seemed that “the Sindh government is being run by these terrorist groups and Punjabi Taliban”, they alleged.
However, Addressing the Press conference after the funeral prayer of Shaheed Ali Raza, Shia Ulema Council leaders Maulana Nazir Abbas Taqvi, Maulana Ali Mohammad and others said that Shia Community is the peaceful community of the Country.
They warned the government that they would besiege the Governor and Chief Minister House if the Government will not arrest the terrorists of banned outfit of Sipah-e-Sahaba.
They said that within a span of 1 month terrorists of these forbidden organizations have premeditated killed more than 8 shia individuals which include two doctors. They questioned the credibility of Sindh Government being at stake for its silence on heinous acts, letting Shiite ponder over Government involvement in Target Killings.
The notables condemned savagery of Administration on Shahzad Raza’s recent martyrdom and emphasized that the Government is not only actively a party to the killing of innocent Shia Pakistanis but as well has the audacity to disgrace the sanctity of their funerals, which will not be tolerated. They urged to know the source, ordering Police and Rangers to open fire and tear gas at peaceful funeral demonstrators and the deceased’s dead body, who solemnly were demanding to arrest the culprits behind the Target Killing of Shahzad Raza only.

دوسرے واقعے میں ہفتے کی صبح پانچ بجے نیو کراچی کے علاقے میں نامعلوم افراد کی فائرنگ سے تیس سالہ قاری رضوان ولد سلیم ہلاک ہوگیا۔ سول ہسپتال کے میڈیکولیگل افسر ڈاکٹر ظہور کے مطابق مقتول نوجوان ہسپتال پہنچنے سے قبل ہی دم توڑ چکا تھا۔
سنی تحریک کے ترجمان کے مطابق قاری رضوان ان کی تنظیم کا کارکن تھا۔ قاری رضوان کی ہلاکت کے بعد نیو کراچی میں ہوائی فائرنگ کا سلسلہ شروع ہوگیا اور مشتعل افراد نے متعدد گاڑیوں کو نذرِ آتش کر دیا۔

I can understand righ-wing N-League’s Punjab government’s tacit support to terrorit sectarian organisation i.e. Sipah-e-Sahaba (now working as Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jammat Pakistan), but I fail to understand why Sindh government (composed of secular PPP, MQM and ANP) is not taking action against banned terrorist sectarian SSP ???
Why SSP is allowed to hold rallies, do wall-chalking and display banners all over Karachi ??

Everybody tries to condemn the extremists on the SUNNI side but nobody likes to condemn the Shia extremists who are supported by IRAN and engage in the murder of innocent sunnis. We witnessed the massacres of sunnis in Parachinar and Gilgit by shia death squads. The time has come that we must give up our sectarian shells to give peace a chance.

What we’ve been observing in Parachinar is continued blockade of Shia dominated areas of uppar Kurram including Parachinar for over three years now !
Moreover, it was Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan which under patronage of Gen Zia’s military government started hate-campaign against Shias in mid 80’s and ultimately target killing of Shias especially doctors, lawyers started in late 80’s and it’s still continuing !

U can search a Video clip on you tube which shoes that how shia Destroyed Sunni mosque and write a Hatred and insulting Slogan on the wall against Companions of Prophet SAW.
