I am a big critic of ZIA ul HAQ. he was the dictator and what he has done , we are facing today and will face for many many years. but as far as the black september in jordan event is concerned.
there are 2 things , one is that he was a solider and he took command of the division by orders of goverment of pakistan and 2ndly, we should study about the actions of palestinian who were making a state within a state in jordan . they attacked king of jordan many times . if this is the thanks giving to jordan who give the palestinians place to refuge, then jordan and zia are criminals, oherwise i think no state allow some rebel groups to take over them.
