Observations: Hillary’s Interview and SC Rumblings – by Jinnah Bhutto
Around eleven o clock this morning I turned on TV and started watching yesterday’s replay of Pakistani journalist taken to task by a lone woman from US, Hillary Clinton, US secretary of state. I had the stomach to watch only few minutes then I turned off TV just before I was to throw up. She was being asked questions by three female and three male journalist and one host Dr. Pirzada from Dunya Propaganda news. Mr. Pirzada who looks in the mirror and pats his back as he is the only man to have ever graduated from Columbia University.
No question of substance was asked by questioners. The female journalist came dressed as if it is a fashion show. Sana Bacha was acting like a mentally disabled person. The Sama TV anchor person Bokhari asked such a stupid question that Punjab government’s checks were dishonored to effected people of Data Drabar incident and this is because of non payment of CSF funds, Hillary quickly replied to reform your Tax system. Mazhar Abbass a big honcho a cowboy of journalist federation, he was introduced to the guest as if it is a big deal to
be a general secretary of journalist unions. Dr. Moeed who himself claims to be a graduate of Columbia University should know that these posts dont matter and dont impress anybody in the west any idiot loud mouth can become a general secretary of unions . Mazhar Abbass’s question was ignored and he didnt get to ask follow up question. His second question about comparison of Iran, kashmir and Israel was thoroughly tackled by Hillary. It was revolting presentation by Pakistani journalist. I think any two year old from US could tackle such in-experienced journalist let alone an experienced Hillary Clinton. And mind you she is by no means the smartest Secretary of State US has produced.
Now coming to Supreme Court: Another joke I read on the breaking news ticker and it said Shahid Orakzai slammed Pakistani Constitution and it hurt the feelings of the judges who were hearing 18th amendment petitions. Justice Khilji Arif, Justuise Saqib Nisar and my own beloved Chief Justice Iftikhar Choudhry got upset and passed following remarks ” We have respect for the constitution and we have taken oath to defend it”. Everybody knows how much SC respects the constitution of Pakistan and how many times they have taken oath and how many times they have actually defended it. That statement made me burst into a huge laughter.
Same judges who have stated themselves that they have provided temporary endorsement to dictators and it was parliamentarians who have provided permanent endorsements. So Mr. Justice Sahib you took oath to defend the constitution then why did you provide temporary endorsement to Musharraf and for your knowledge it was not temporary by any long shot and no matter how you re-write history and twist the facts you gave Musharraf three years to rule and single handidly amend the constitution as he seemed it fit. My Lordships you are
disillusioned to make such remarks. SC is sole institution to be blamed for the dictators to stay in power. The one semi-democratically elected government of Junejo and four democratic governments of 90’s could serve maximum of three years each and my Lordships you provided almost equal time to Musharraf. This is what you call temporary endorsement to dictator which led to nine years of cruel rule. You didnt speak against his any of illegal acts. You served him with obedience and provided relief from October 12th action to his uniform, his dual office and even totally destroying what ever was left of democratic institutions. He issued hundreds and hundreds of illegal Ordinances but have you took any step against any one of them.
Further, you only checked NRO because it helped bring democracy to Pakistan. You never objected to his amendments, you never asked to bring objective’s resolution of the constitution in short you provided relief to any illegal act he did that was challenged in your courts. How many Suo Moto you took prior to getting your comfy jobs back. You let Musharraf rule Pakistan unchecked for nine years. You only spoke when he stepped on your tail. You were heard loud and clear when his illegality hit your comfy jobs. Musharraf had done similar things to many during his nine year illegal rule but you never said a word, you didnt take any suo moto. I think you didn’t even know you had suo moto power. Your suo moto powers were taken by GHQ but you never said anything. He threw democratically elected leaders out of the country, you kept quiet, he stopped democratic leaders from entering Pakistan, you kept quiet. He prosecuted the democratic leaders with the help of NAB (Establishment worked through NAB at that time and is still trying to work through same channel and you are providing them opportunity) and you obeyed him, your work was so questionable that you couldnt even grant bail to political leaders with out the approval of GHQ. You sent Javed Hashmi to jail for five years, you never said a word. You ignored his daughters petitions.
Another question comes to my mind if you can give temporary endorsement to dictator then you should honor the people’s choice and provide same to democratic government unless you have some ulterior motives behind not doing so. You are so kind to democratic government that you admit any looney bin insane petitions just to put stumbling block in the working of democratic government. It will be kind of you to decide on the millions of petitions in your courts which are pending for years rather than providing blessing to non-democratic
elements of the society. My lord, this fake degree issue could have been put aside easily as this law has become defunct and you could have provided some temporary relief to the government on the basis of that. You decided to get even with the government for not restoring you to your job earlier. You could have even forced those parliamentarians to attend some crash courses specially designed for parliamentarians by some respected university or could have asked them to do some social work or could have imposed heavy fines but you
couldnt do so because it was not in your genes to provide relief to them you were just out to get them and I tell you you got them right.
Mr Chief Justice, you have succeeded in your agenda to bring down democracy or weaken it. The stone you have cast will go a long way. Similarly it is like saying it was not SC judge which hung Bhutto it was Tara Masih who actually hung Bhutto, it doesnt mean that SC and Zia are not to be blamed for his murder. You cant walk away from your wrong doings of past unless you apologize to the nation. If your colleagues can make political statements you can do the same and beg for forgiveness from people of Pakistan. Judges of superior judiciary are highly politicized and there is not even iota of doubt in that.
Is LUBP really hurting that bad for good writers?
This website is a ray of hope for all those Pakistanis, who oppose the corrupt and cunning establishment with its mouthpiece group of journalists, and want to see this country a peaceful and prosperous nation state in the world. Be blessed team members!
And, yes, I request the team members of this blog to kindly start a war against intellectual terrorism especially “yellow journalism” so that the majority of the journalists could be protected. Also you should help the tortured Habib R. Sulemani, whose novel, The Terrorland, which reportedly discuses terrorism during the military regimes, has enraged the establishment and a group of powerful journalists.
Best,
Mr.J.Bhtto,
I have requested you before also please dont write word “Jinnah” with ur name. You can keep “Bhutto” who divided Pakistan into 2 parts. You seem to be mentally retarded with an IQ level of below 40 and you need urgent psychiatric check up and fees will be paid by Mr.10%. If CJP is taking note of corruption – what is ur problem? U dont want illegally earned 10 billion dollars of Zardari to be exposed. Why do u forget that this money has been looted from poor Pakistanis who sleep hungry. Do you want to know Zardari’s assets then read it and you will come to know. This list has been furnished by NAB.
ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has provided a list detailing Asif Ali Zardari’s assets to an accountability court (AC). NAB had filed a reference against Zardari for accumulating prima facie assets, properties and bank accounts overseas from corruption in collaboration with his spouse Benazir Bhutto and other government functionaries. The court has also ordered freezing Zardari’s foreign properties.

So it proves that Zardari is a blood sucker. I am a true Pakistani unlike you who is likcking feet of Zardari.
Mr. Pro-PPP why are you hurting so bad. Your source of information is NAB what laugh. Isnt the same NAB which was used to keep Musharraf in power. Kindly no need to hide behind your name. If you are not pro PPP come out with your real name or something like “biggot”. My pen name at least represents love for Pakistan and PPP.
You are in dire need of medical check up with Pshyciatrist the one who believes in NAB. And thank you if I needed check up I can pay for it myself unlike you who is looking for some one to pay for your treatment.
What was more pain ful that I criticized yellow journalist and our beloved Judiciary. They must be holy cow for you. But dear I dont give a damn about both.
I wouldnt call you dumb as I see you can write your name but read some history it was your army which divided the country not Bhutto and about Jinnah what can be said he was super hero who was killed by the establishment.
If you can read otherwise ask some one to read for you Hamood ur Rehman commission report. Your dear army was in power since 1958 till the country was broken up. Elections were held but the power was not given to the elected people. Your Yahya Khan was too happy with General Rani celebrating the fall of Dhaka.
Bhutto was elected but no power was given to him until the country was broken up. How can it be Bhutto’s fault when the power was with the army, they fought the war at their own free will without any civilian interuption.
Grow up
Let me start by saying I am of Pakistani Origins but do not have Pakistani Nationality, therefore, I have absolutely no bias towards the political parties from Pakistan and whatever I am going to write is as a neutral observer, who has love for Pakistan in his heart.
Until recently, we in the United Kingdom were not privilege to have in depth information about the happening in Pakistan. Thanks to the Digital revolution the Pakistani channels are now readily available. Mushraf was in power in Pakistan at the time of arrival of the revolution and spread of channels. We the overseas Pakistanis were under the impression that things will improve when the democracy returned to Pakistan.
But unfortunately since PPP has come to power things are getting bad to worse. This worsening of the situation is not limited to the Political bickering and stomping of opponents but also to the well being of the ordinary Pakistanis.
What astonish me the most is the lack of any accountability in the Political process and the daring nature of the PPP members, be it their parliamentarians or the ordinary supporters. On the surface it appears to an outsider that these supporters and members of PPP have absolutely no morality and sense of perception.
It is one thing to be fighting your corner, but it is completely different if you want to act unreasonably and without any morality and legality. Without shadow of any doubt, if these shenanigans were performed in any western democracy these criminals would have not only been removed from their privilege positions but certainly would have been sent to the jails, their rightful place.
PPP with their outrageous excuses is trying to make the public immune to their illegal and criminal activities. But nothing else is expected from the party which is in the hands of extremely corrupt and money hungry politicians, starting from their chairperson the President of Pakistan.
This sham democracy and democrats are making neutral like me think hard and long, can Pakistan sustain such actions, practices and shenanigans for long?
How long Pakistanis can afford to keep such criminals in charge of their destiny before losing everything?
How long before the masses wake up and take matters in their own hands?
I think it is time for all those PPP workers and supporters who have iota of decency and honesty left in them to take stock of the situation and think long and hard, how long your party can sustain this criminal and dangerous approach? It is time for you to get up and start making these criminals responsible for their actions.
I can quote two examples here, first Mr. Khosa, who was removed from his position due to the allegations of receiving bribe to fix the outcome of a court case. And now he is removed again from his position as IT advisor on the accusations of fraud.
Second, example is of Law Minister Baber Awan, this man always give me creeps whenever I watched him on TV screen. Somehow from his face, from his demeanour and from his speech one cannot fail to make the conclusion that this man cannot be trusted. Somehow, it is the only conclusion which can be drawn from his personality.
While PPP have such people in their ranks, they should forget the prospect of attracting any educated, sensible and youngster with morals to their ranks. Unfortunately corruption breed corruption, I can only see complete destruction of PPP from within. This party simply cannot sustain this approach for long without any repercussions and reactions from the masses.
Lastly, please coach your leaders to pronounce People’s properly, I laugh every time a PPP leader pronounce the name of their own party. They should not forget People’s is still an English word, it was last time I checked the dictionary. Therefore, it should be pronounce as such. At least your party should teach these illiterates to pronounce name of their own party or call it “Awami”, if it makes it easier for them. But under no circumstances they should be allowed to butchered English language so crudely.
Jinnah Bhutto, keep writing buddy, you are obviously pissing off those civil society elites who think that Pakistan was made for them to rule like daddy’s little caliphate. When charismatic Sindhi leaders like ZAB and BB developed a federal party and routinely swept the polls, these blood suckers whose daddies raped and pillaged Pakistan just like the Arab imperialists that these civil society elites aspire to be, they were filled with horror! After decades of the same perverted bullshit spun in their air-conditioned drawing rooms, they continue to pile on baseless allegations that make them look even stupider to the world. When thousands of Pakistani Ahmadis, Shias, Brehlvis, Sikhs, Christains and Hindus are killed by the “ghazi” fascists who these civil society types apologize for and fantasize and aspire to be, we can see their biases. “Pro-PPP” displays a level of perversity that is truly shocking!! His choice of psuedonym is as sickening as his information is laughably from the same biased sources that we all know of. Properties which have no addresses and companies that have no websites are being sited as evidence. LOL!! what a moron. FYI, the Clifton plot, like some of the choicest real estate in Karachi, belongs to the Zardari family before the President ever met BB or before ZAB came on the national scene!! So does much of the property in interior Sindh. Unlike the property and assets of the Nawaz family, the Humayun Akhtars, Hamid Guls, Ijaz ul Haqs, Gohar Ayubs, the Mirza Aslam Begs, the Altaf Hussains, the Imran Khans (and his trust fund babies) and the various other bureaucrats and generals whose asses are routinely kissed by the dadies of these civil society losers!!!
Mr. Crankthatskunk you are a typical Ex-pat who has absolutely no idea about Pakistan. It was because of you guys this country is destroyed. You guys flooded mullahs and madrasas with your British pounds and US dollars just to wash your sins and feeling of guilt. You guys are still funding extremism by foolishly doling out your earnings. You are distributing dollars and pounds without any knowledge where it is being spent.
Ex-pats have always supported dictators to rule in Pakistan. Our ex-pats are whiter than white man. They serve white man much better than we serve living in our own country. Mr. Skunk you are 100% British with no linkage to Pakistan except the fact that your parents were Pakistani and you might have brown skin and probably speak English a lot harder accent than a English man just to prove that you are like them, other than that you know diddly squat about Pakistan and Pakistani political system. Must be living in slums of London cleaning bathrooms at a restaurant or airport may be got education on white man’s payroll then serving some where on high clerical job.
When was the last time you came to Pakistan? I am sure if you come to Pakistan your trip will be sponsored by some jehadi outfit like many before you came and showed actually the kind of upbringing they had getting living in the west.
No need to be so impressed with digital revolution. What digital revolution has provided is nothing but absolute non-sense news 24/7. Anybody who has a camera, few bucks and couple of good looking women as news anchor can start a news channel. This is totally unregulated industry with no standards what so ever. Unqualified individuals who were newspaper hawkers have become journalist. With the exception of few who might have some Journalistic qualifications but they are all biased and serving commercial aspect of the news channel. Their news coverage shows their major tilt towards militant/mullah ideology. All the private TV channels have guests and analyst of dictator’s era either Zia or Musharraf. They have served military dictators so how will they ever praise political system. It is a fashion to speak against government.
Yes it is a fragile democracy with many unwanted elements. This is still the best option than the cruel one man show of General. Every General when he came to power was first given support by the supreme court then his next mission was to approach all the associations of Pakistanis living abroad (ex-pats) and guess what all of them welcomed a military dictator with open arms. They loved and took pride to be photographed with the military dictator. You love to live in democracy but you don’t want Pakistanis to live in democracy. A typical double standard western approach.
This is our country and our democracy. And Mr. Skunk don’t be childish in comparing hundreds of years old democracy with two and a half year old democracy. If your democratic system is so perfect how come recently British Parliamentarians were caught while spending government’s money on their personal things. It is another thing law took its course but it was the weakness of your democratic system that they took advantage. If your democratic system is so perfect then speak up against western cruelty to Palestinians. British democracy being the oldest democracy and probably funniest democracy still believes in class system Barons, dukes, duchess and you know what other titles you hand out to people who make a lot of money. The oldest democracy just gets its tongue tied up when US speaks and this oldest democracy can’t even lift a finger on the atrocities against Muslims in Kashmir and Palestine. World’s oldest democracy run by a poodle Tony Blair lied to the whole world to attack Iraq, same Iraq which was acting on the wishes of US and UK. Even though it has been found that Tony Blair lied, has anything been done to bring him to court of law for making arguments and then executing the war and instead killing the killer Saddam Hussain killed millions of innocent. Your democratic system has produced more idiots, liars, fraudsters, and innocent civilian killers than any where in the world
Let’s not forget US elections of 2000 what a joke. Winner went home because some black robbed idiots in the courts were conservative and declared a loser a winner. Only jack ass like George Bush can become president in western democracy. What a democracy?
So please no sermons. We are sick of you guys trying to run this country. We have our flaws and with time we will fix them. And if you can do us a favor we beg you to stop welcoming dictators. If you ever get a chance to read history westerners have killed more innocent civilians in the last century than all the wars of last ten centuries have killed. Western democracy’s animalism and cannibalism is well written and documented in history.
And kindly Mr. Skunk no need to correct our English. I am sure every Pakistani can speak much better English than you can speak Urdu. When was the last time you spoke a single sentence of Urdu. It is typical of ex-pats to start correcting our English. Your snobbishness is visible through your comments. It is our own free will how we pronounce any English word.
A word of advice to you guys, you need to correct your English. Last time I checked dictionary “Dick” means “mans male member” but it is common name amongst westerners. See who needs to correct their English?
Oh boy, I think I have touched on few raw nerves of PPP supporters in my little exposé, or in my efforts to hold a mirror to the PPP leaders and its supporters, to put it more correctly.
As I expected instead of answering or commenting on the points raised the two comments in response are full of personal attacks and insults. I would have been foolish to expect any other types of responses to my blunt but honest point of view.
Even though it is beneath me to respond to such utter garbage and messages full of personal insults and wild assumptions, but if I do not respond then the writers of these incredible pieces would think that they have quieten me or more importantly they could falsely perceive that they have responded to my criticism of their party.
First my response to Ali Abbas, I know you are responding to the other poster, but I find your response incredible, it seems you are shooting on your own foot.
1- You are on wild assumptions that someone belongs to ruling class or treat Pakistan as their “Caliphate”.
2- It bring smile to my face when you equate Bhutto clan to democracy. First of all, a brief and honest look at the history would have told you that they are/were the vary feudal you are cursing vehemently in your response. A little research on the family of Bhutto and how they obtain their fiefdoms would do you world of good.
3- It is so amusing, you guys are so beret of any sensibility that you cannot even produce a coherent response to constructive criticism in a civilised manner. How foolish you want to be to destroy your own case?
4- Secondly, nobody has pillage Pakistan more than your leadership, including BB and Mr. Zardari. You can have a different point of view, but you have to deny the evidence produced by your opponents in more constructive and coherent manner with proofs of your own.
5- You will convince me and others when you can introduce democracy in your own party before attacking others. Using party as family inheritance is not the way forward. I am disillusioned from your party for precisely these reasons, you have absolutely no sense and perceptions of rights and wrongs.
Now, I turn to incredible piece by Mr.Plutonic66. When did you last have a peaceful sleep? I think you are under strain and need full and long rest under medical supervision. Your tirade is so funny that I couldn’t stop laughing for hours after reading your verbiage.
1- I believe in democracy and freedom of speech by all the citizens. Your assumptions of me supporting dictators are laughable therefore; I will ignore them as wild accusations of a mad man.
2- I was in Pakistan last summer, only 9/10 months ago. Therefore, I have seen your rule and the benefits the populace are driving from the PPP rule. I have seen the hunger, poverty and unfair distribution of wealth from my own two eyes.
3- Similarly, your accusations of me not knowing Urdu language or speaking it are wild goose chases. I happen to know Urdu better then you, this is a guarantee; I speak it fluently and regularly.
4- Your personal insults are so damn foolish that in principle I should not be responding to such a whacko, but I do not want to be accused of ducking. I am a professional, in a professional job, a tax payer whose tax sterling’s are passed on to your leaders as foreign aid, they in turn use this aid as their own personal income and use it to buy overseas properties and invest it for the benefits of their future generations. I can respond in kind but I will not descend to your level and mental approach.
After answering your frivolous assumptions let me answer your more sinister charges, which off course are also wild goose chases. I was not expecting any objective responses from the supporters of PPP. If you were honest as a group of people you wouldn’t be accepting incredibly dishonest answers from your leaders in response to the allegations of corruption. And despite some undeniable proofs and indications of clear cut frauds, deceptions and corruption, the standard line from PPP supporters is to deny the charges and insist on their complete innocence.
Did this ever occur to you by insisting on your innocence, you are becoming a laughing stock amongst the ordinary Pakistanis? The stories and evidence of your frauds are spread all over the world, but you are hiding your faces in the sand like ostriches. The ordinary supporters of PPP should act before they become extinct spices. This party of yours in not the biggest symbol of Democracy in Pakistan but it is a perennial insult to Democracy and principle of humanity on which this world rely.
I am just dumb founded from level of your intellectual dishonesty and extent of your moral bankruptcy.
5- Your feeble excuse of a new Democracy which should not be compared with mature 200 years old Democracies is once again a dishonest misrepresentation of facts. Your party had been around for 40 years, you are not novices. Secondly, the basic principles of Democracy are universal, it does not matter how long you had been in power and how fragile your Government is , it does not give you the rights to indulge in corruption, embezzlements, in kickbacks, in illegal commissions, in killing and in looting of national wealth and resources. Your young or not so young Democracy does not give you the carte blanche to loot Pakistan and its populace for what crump of comforts they have left with.
6- Your excuse of Corruption in British democracy and Parliamentary system in relation to recent developments is once again an attempt for self destruction. If you follow the news with any sense and objectivity, the politicians who have done anything of criminal nature are prosecuted by the Police. Others are made to return the money for over claims of expenses. Majority who were not straight are not selected by their own local constituency parties. Recently a minister resigns immediately after his misdemeanours were made public, unlike your corrupt and dishonest politicians, he didn’t wait for the result of an enquiry or investigation or outcome of a court case. Similarly, Police only a week ago announce prosecution of a Politician for fraudulent claims for expenses. Can you honestly expect your Police to charge your dishonest and corrupt ministers? Irony for you is that your minister of interior and minister of Justice are both corrupt to the core. How on earth you expect the Police who are on the take themselves to take actions against the two ministers who are holding the trump cards in their hands? You can not fool educated Pakistanis, it does not matter if they live in Pakistan or are Ex-Pat as you put it. You probably do not realise it, but you are dying a slow death due to your corruption and persistence to be called whiter than white.
7- Even more stupid are your excuses for debauchery of English language by your party leaders and workers. As I said, you have no right to butcher English language, if you are not capable of pronouncing the name of your own party, then you should change it to Pakistan Awami Party, that way it would give your leadership chance to pronounce their party’s name properly, instead of being so woeful in pronouncing the name of their own party.
I suggest next time you show little bit more wisdom and character to save me hassle to respond to your incredibly childish non-sense. You are lucky that Pakistani presenters whom you opposed so much are not clinical like me otherwise your Party would have been in even more dire strait. I would so easily destroy the arguments and presentations of best of your ministers and workers, especially people like Khosa and Babar Awan. These thieves have the gall to come on TV and paddle their shameful lies. Funnily, Baber Awan the fake holder of PhD qualifications used to preach the Holy Quran on the television. How ridiculous and embarrassing you and your party want to be?
@Skunk, it amazes me when you elitists talk about feudalism and conviniently skip the army, the LARGEST FEUDAL entity in Pakistan. I know your class is very selective but please stop denying facts. Ofcourse, your class never has the guts, decency or honesty to admit that and be critical of the security establishment. Similarly, unlike the dictators who your English-speaking class so welcomes, the PPP came in via the ballot box. If people, you know the ones who cast votes, didn’t like their party leadership, they would not have gotten votes. But go ahead, engage in the usual arcane logic that your snobish class is known for; btw, your denigrating those who might have might some grammatical or pronunciation mistake is so typical of the civil society elites; they don’t get bothered when hundreds of Pakistanis are being killed because of the security establishment and its judiciary and media proxies and bureaucracy and corporate enablers and their paradigm of strategic depth! you are too busy in your rabid and obssesive criticism of the Bhuttos. Generations of your class have grown up being brainwashed and hating and abusing ZAB, BB and Zardari. This country is doomed because of the way its petty beourgeoisie and its elite class and their acceptance of urban myths and drawing gossip as history and politics!
Your drivel is not worth responding too and is written in poor taste considering the existential enemy; the Islamofascist monsters that have been created by the security establishment against whom you can never raise your voice.
“@Skunk, it amazes me when you elitists talk about feudalism and conviniently skip the army, the LARGEST FEUDAL entity in Pakistan. I know your class is very selective but please stop denying facts. Ofcourse, your class never has the guts, decency or honesty to admit that and be critical of the security establishment.”
Ali Abbas,
First of all, I will appreciate if you use my full ID instead of using “Skunk”. My ID has deep meanings attached to it, which are irrelevant for your blog, nevertheless, it is civilised to address someone with their proper name or ID.
I did try to advice you not to use canned logic, which harm your own party and serve as a potent device against your own instance and arguments. You called me elitist, I am certainly not a elite, but more importantly for you, you are using a term for an ordinary person which suits your own party leadership and hierarchy.
Would you call ZA, BB, Zardari, and your new king in waiting Bilawal as elites? We know you do not have this much courage. How could you have such courage in a party which is full of feudal elites? Your wings would be clipped immediately, if you raise one word of descent or disobey your party’s controlling and corrupt elites.
Second part of your tirade is addressing the issue of Military takeover of Pakistani Government with regularity. I for sure, have absolutely nothing to do with the Military and Establishment. I am without a shadow of any doubt just an ordinary person. A person with his views and capabilities to air those views effectively and persuasively. You once again performing huge own goals. I can prove your hypocrisy very easily indeed. It is a fact that ZA Bhutto was a product of the Military establishment; he came to power through the nurturing of General Ayub Khan. Similarly, in recent past BB has done the deal with General Musharaf for her return by them negotiating NRO. Therefore, even your present Government is a byproduct of NRO and a direct result of your dealings with the Military establishment. When are you going to stop applying double standards?
No wonder, I am right to conclude that your party is completely and utterly devoid of honest and intelligent people. When I say intelligent, I don’t mean clever. There is huge difference between intelligence and cleverness. I give you that, your party is full of clever people, clever corrupt and morally bankrupt people.
There could be no better example than this present exchange between me and your party activists on this blog. I am on your own patch with an inquisitive mind, but what I have read until now are personal insults and self defeating arguments. I am right to say that your party would die a very slow death after the digital revolution. I am sure your party elites must be cursing their luck and the digital revolution. But unfortunately, the cat is out of the bag now, there is no chance of arresting her in the bag once again. It is downhill from now on for your party, until and unless you change your ways and get rid of your corrupt leaders and elites, starting right from top, from your Chairpersons and your Prime Minister.
@crankthatskunk
great to see you on this website. keep up the good work.
My oh my! “under no circumstances they should be allowed to butchered English language so crudely.” Even grade vi student can write this sentence without being grammatically incorrect. Kia Kabul main gadhay naheen hotay (doesn’t Kabul have donkeys?).
The more you write, the more you expose yourself. What has been said by this learned writer, the same I have heard in Urdu from vegetable and fruit vendors (even from “butchers”). The commentator has all his personal opinions, which are not binding on others. My dear friend, NRO has been nullified, independent judiciary is working, why are you crying? If you have any substance provable against PPP go to the courts, they are anxiously waiting for you. What a comedy of error, “I do not like the face of Babar Awan” . This forum of not Facebook. You do not like Babar Awan because he appeared before Supreme Court and submitted there never was, there never is any case in Swiss courts against Asif Ali Zardari. On the query from honourable judge of the Bench as to who owned 60 million dollars, Dr. Babar Awan replied “I do not know, as far as I know there are fifty claimants of that money”. I think the learned gentleman does not read newspapers ot watch TV for that matter. About Latif Khosa, his charging of fee is no corruption by any stretch of imagination. An advocate demands the fee on the technicality, law point involved, each case having its own value. One advocate charges one lac of rupees the other might charge one million for the same case – there is no hard and fast rules, totally depends on the ability and expertise of the advocate.
good share!!keep go on!!!nice post!!
Hey!!I’ll definitely have to check out Sean’s post. And I love the idea of blogging about a failure and how you learned from it. I’ll have to do that one soon
