Hamid Mir presents a test case to the Supreme Court. Will CJ take action against Major General Nadeem Ijaz?

In his op-ed in Daily Jang on 28 December 2009, Hamid Mir notes that Justice Ramday has identified General Kayani as one of the key culprits who forced Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry to resign from his post in 2007.
Mir also mentions another senior officer of Pakistan Army, Major General Nadeem Ijaz, ex-head of the Military Intelligence (now a corps commander), who according to Mir is responsible for many civil and criminal offences in violation of his oath as a military officer.
Given that Pakistan Army has failed to take any action against the culprits mentioned in Mir’s column, will the Chief Justice of Pakistan take a suo moto action against the accused, and instruct the formation of a monitoring cell in the Supreme Court, so that the charges against the accused are duly evaluated and if found guilty an exemplary punishment is awarded.
