Why do Deobandi activists, the Taliban-ASWJ apologists and pro-establishment fake liberals love Mumtaz Qadri?

This is typical obfuscation tactic. Violence by Sunni Barevlis, Sufis or Shias is not a norm but an exception in Pakistan.

Slmaan Taseer was murdered by a Punjab elite policeman Mumtaz Hussain who belonged to a Deobandi family of Bhara Khahu area of Rawalpindi. Mumtaz Hussain Deobandi had close contacts with the Sipah-e-Sahaba (ASWJ-LeJ) and was also in touch with takfiri clerics of Rawalpindi Raja Bazara’s Deobandi mosque. Once he recited a Naat in a local gathering of Dawat-e-Islami and thus some people started calling him a Qadri.

 

It was none else than a PMLN-candidate for National Assembly (Muzaffargarh) Abad Dogar Deobandi who announced a reward of Rs 10 million for anyone who would kill Salmaan Taseer. Later, Yusuf Qureshi Deobndi, Imam of Peshawar’s Mahabat Khan mosque made a similar annoucnement. The radicalized Mumtaz Hussain Deobandi aka Qadri was the best person to do the job, i.e., to elimiante a Sufi leader of PPP (Salmaan Taseer) whlile shifting the blame on Sunni Sufis /Barelvis thus deflecting attention from Deobandi takfiri terrorists of ASWJ-TTP.

To equate the organized, dominant Deobandi terrorism in Pakistan with rare, isolated incidents of violence by Sunni Barelvis, Sufis or Shias is aimed to construct false neutrality, to hide, rationalize and obfuscate the systematic, organized Deobandi terrorism in Pakistan.

In statistics, an outlier is an observation that is numerically distant from the rest of the data. Grubbs defines an outlier as: an outlying observation, or outlier, is one that appears to deviate markedly from other members of the sample in which it occurs.

Both Deobandi rightwing and pro-establishment Fake Liberals use Mumtaz Qadri as a poster child to malign Sunni Barelvis, to deflect attention from Deobandi militants of ASWJ-LeJ, Taliban etc. They want to hide the common Deobandi identity of all major terroris groups in Pakistan i.e., TTP, Afghan Taliban, Sipah-e-Sahaba (ASWJ), Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ), Jundullah, Jaish-e-Muhammad etc

Sunni Barelvi and Shia violence in Pakistan is an outlier, not a norm. 95% of terrorists in Pakistan happen to be  Deobandis. The minuscule Sunni Sufi or Shia violence is directed against Deobandi takfiri terrorist who are massacring innocent Sunni, Shia, Christian, Ahmadi, Hindu communities of Pakistan.

Apologists of takfiri Deobandi militants (ASWJ-Taliban etc) adore Mumtaz Qadri and other token Barelvi criminals. This helps them in obfuscating.

Not many know that Maulana Tahir Ashrafi’s apparently principled position on Mumtaz Qadri and Rimsha Masih was primarily motivated by the fact that perpetrators in both incidents happened to be or were presented as Sunni Barelvis (Ashrafi himself is a Deobandi). Now compare that position to Ashrafi’s and other Deobandi clerics’ apologist and defensive stance towards the Taliban, Mullah Omar, ASWJ-SSP etc.

Tip to identify the pro-establishment Fake Liberals and rightwingers: They describe the killed as Hazara (not Shia) and the killers as Sunni (not Deobandi).

Not all Deobandis are terrorists but surely almost all terrorists are Deobandis. Those who deny this fact are ASWJ-Taliban’s apologists.
