Mullah of Jamaat-e-Islami, the child molester
Here is a news report from daily The News describing how a local Taliban leader, a mullah in a Jamaat-e-Islami madrassah, was involved in child molesting. This shows the real hypocritical character of these munafiqeen who are raping Islam in the name of Islam. In this instance the culprit was aptly exposed and ridiculted by the local tribal people. We hope that other munafiqeen like him in Pakistani mullahs, media and politics are also identified and duly ridiculed by the great Pakistani nation.
Child molester forced to walk naked in Malakand bazaar
DARGAI: A teacher of a Jamaat-e-Islami-run Madrassa was forced to walk naked in the bazaar on the charge of molesting a minor in Sakhakot area in Malakand Agency on Friday as the party leaders refuted the allegation and termed it part of a conspiracy.
Sources said the teacher in Madrassa Taleemul Quran, Qari Sajid Mehmood, allegedly molested a six-year-old child whose name is being withheld and is resident of Sakhakot. After the incident, many protestors some of whom were armed and relatives of the child took out a procession and blocked the busy Malakand Road. Later the security forces managed to open the road for traffic. The protesters clashed with the madrassa administration and students in which two persons were injured while the Malakand Levies personnel arrested two persons.
The sources said that the residents also picked up the teacher and made him walk naked in the bazaar. Security forces shifted the injured teacher to the Agency Headquarters Hospital and closed the seminary for an indefinite period.
Meanwhile, addressing a hurriedly called press conference at Jamia Masjid in Sakhakot Bazaar, Jamaat-i-Islami Dargai tehsil head Maulana Jamaluddin, district general secretary Muhammad Tahir, administrator of the madrassa Maulana Muhammad Tayyab, Muhammad Zaman, Fazal Qayum, Maulana Fazal Haq, Sabirur Rehman and others said that it was a conspiracy against the seminary and its teachers.Meanwhile, a case will be registered concerning this incident after receiving the medical report about the child.

Jamat-e-Islami & Syed Munawar Hassan violates Etiquettes of Masjid.

Jamaat-i-Islami amir Syed Munawwar Hasan has said President Asif Ali Zardari is meeting his political allies to pave way for the approval of the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO). Speaking at Friday congregation at the Mansoora Jamia Masjid, he claimed that the government had accepted its defeat on the NRO issue only for the time being but had not given up the idea of its adoption by parliament. President Zardari, he said, was meeting his allies to turn the defeat into victory. The government was reluctant to disclose the names of the NRO beneficiaries and was bargaining on the principle of give and take to cover the corruption of billions of dollars, he said. He said the government also wanted to impose restrictions on the media because of its contribution to the restoration of judges and projection of the nation’s views on the Kerry-Lugar Bill (now a law) and the NRO. The move to impose restrictions on the media would be resisted, he added.
According to him, the government has not respected the mandate of the Feb 18 general election. People are finding the going hard due to acute shortages of flour and sugar, and issues like loadshedding. Despite all this, he said, the government was engaged in serving the US. The JI amir said the incidence of terrorism had increase during the past six months after the launch of the military operation. “The chief of the army staff should apprise the people of the results of the operation,” he said, also seeking explanation from the government as to how bomb blasts were continuing despite its claims of breaking the back of the terrorists. He said Pakistan could get rid of terrorism only by getting out of the US alliance as war against terrorism had only made things difficult. India was creating anarchy in Pakistan at the behest of the US, he said. Zardari seeks way out of NRO mire: JI By Our Reporter Saturday, 07 Nov, 2009 03:38 AM PST
Al-Haakim reported in al-Mustadrak (4/359) that Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘There will come a time when people will sit in circles in the mosques and they will have no concern except this world. Allaah has no need of them so do not sit with them.’” This is a saheeh hadeeth even though al-Bukhaari and Muslim did not narrate it. Al-Dhahabi said in al-Talkhees that it is saheeh.” [COURTESY – Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid – Saudi Arabia]
This hadeeth states that this blameworthy deed is disliked, because the mosques are not built for such a purpose. Allaah commanded that mosques should be built to remember Him and to conduct prayers and acts of worship and obedience to Him, such as I’tikaaf (retreat, seclusion for devotion and worship), and different kinds of dhikr such as circles for reciting Qur’aan and seeking knowledge. [COURTESY – Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid – Saudi Arabia]
On the other hand, there are ahaadeeth that command us to repeat the words of the adhaan after the muezzin, as a mustahabb or encouraged deed, and to set an example of how one should behave when hearing the adhaan. Some people neglect this, and do not realize how much reward they are missing out on and how much they are to blame for that. What sort of hearts must they have?! They hear the remembrance of Allaah then they turn away from Him, and it has no effect on their hearts so that they may fear Him and feel compelled to listen. [COURTESY – Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid – Saudi Arabia]
One of these ahaadeeth is that narrated by Imaam Muslim in his Saheeh (no. 384) from ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas (may Allaah be pleased with him), who said that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: “When any one of you hears the muezzin, let him say something like he says, then send blessings on me, for whoever sends blessings on me, Allaah will send blessings tenfold on him. Then ask Allaah to grant me al-waseelah, for it is a status in Paradise that only one of Allaah’s slaves will attain, and I hope that I will be the one. Whoever asks for al-waseelah for me, will be granted my intercession for him.” [COURTESY – Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid – Saudi Arabia]
As for giving the greeting of salaam and shaking hands, there is nothing wrong with this, for these are acts of obedience to Allaah. There is no conflict between doing these things and responding to the muezzin, because a person may do all of these things at once. [COURTESY – Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid – Saudi Arabia]
Muslims should beware of doing anything that may offend or disturb those who come to the mosque for worship. This includes disturbing those who are reading Qur’aan, praying or remembering Allaah in the mosque. It is an evil deed (sayi’ah) to disturb the people in the mosque by talking about worldly affairs, because this is offensive to them and distracts Muslims from doing acts of worship properly. Disturbing others is not allowed, even if it takes the form of reading Qur’aan, so how about if it takes other forms? Ahmad ibn Shu’ayb al-Nisaa’i reported in al-Sunan al-Kubra (5/32) under the heading Dhikr Qawl al-Nabi (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) Laa yajhar ba’dukam ‘ala ba’din fi’l-Qur’aan (Mentioning the statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), None of you should compete with one another in reciting Qur’aan loudly), a report from Abu Haazim al-Timaar from al-Bayaadi, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came out and found the people praying and reciting in loud voices. He said: “The one who is praying is conversing with his Lord, so let him think about what he is saying to Him. Do not compete with one another in reciting Qur’aan loudly.” Ibn Muhayreez (may Allaah have mercy on him) is reported to have said: “Speaking in the mosque is idle talk, except for one who is praying, or remembering his Lord, or asking for help or giving help.” (Musannaf ‘Abd al-Razzaaq, part 8, Baab Kalaam ‘Ikrimah). Ibn al-Haaj said, concerning the manners of the Muslim when he sets out for the mosque: “He should intend to avoid idle talk in the mosque or talking about that which does not concern him, for there is a report that says that speaking in the mosque about anything but the deeds of the Hereafter is like fire in dry wood, it eats up hasanaat (good deeds). So he should take care to avoid that, lest he goes out to engage in trade and comes back having lost everything because of his idle talk.” (al-Madkhal by Ibn al-Haaj, part 1, al-Sunnah fi’l-Mashiy ila’l-Masjid). It is forbidden to raise one’s voice in such a way that it disturbs others’ prayers, even if it is done while reciting the Qur’an. Teaching or imparting knowledge (to others) is exempt from this prohibition. [COURTESY: Fiqh Us-Sunnah by Sheikh Sayyed Sabiq]
Ibn `Umar relates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered upon some people while they were praying and they were raising their voices in the Qur’anic recital. The Prophet said, “One who is praying is in a private conversation with his Lord so he should be mindful of whom he is conversing with. And you should not raise your voices against each other in [the recital of] the Qur’an” (Ahmad). [COURTESY: Fiqh Us-Sunnah by Sheikh Sayyed Sabiq]
Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri reports that the Prophet was making seclusion (i`tikaf) in the mosque and he heard the people reciting aloud. He removed the covering and said, “Verily, each of you is in a private conversation with his Lord so you should not disturb each other. And you are not to raise your voices against each other in the recitation” (Abu Dawud, An-Nasa’i, Al-Bayhaqi, and Al-Hakim). [COURTESY: Fiqh Us-Sunnah by Sheikh Sayyed Sabiq]
Abu Dawood (1332) narrated, under the heading, “Raising the voice when reciting Qur’aan in night prayers” that Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri – may Allaah be pleased with him – said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) observed i’tikaaf in the mosque and he heard them raising their voices in reciting Qur’aan. He drew back the curtain and said: “Each of you is conversing with his Lord, so do not disturb one another, and do not raise your voices above one another in reciting Qur’aan – or in prayer.” Ibn ‘Abd al-Barr said: The hadeeths of al-Bayaadi and Abu Sa’eed are both sound and saheeh.
These two hadeeths show that it is forbidden to raise one’s voice in reciting Qur’aan in prayer to such an extent that it disturbs others, and that this is a nuisance and is forbidden, then how would it be appropriate to use Masjid for Political Speeches?
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade people to raise their voices above one another in reciting Qur’aan, and explained that this causes annoyance. It is well known that the believer has no option and cannot ignore the ruling of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Allaah says
(interpretation of the meaning):
“It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allaah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allaah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed into a plain error” [al-Ahzaab 33:36]
“Whoever goes back and forth to the mosque (to attend the prayers), Allah will prepare for him a feast in paradise as often as he goes back and forth” [Agreed Upon].
“When one of you continues sitting in the place where he performed his prayer, after the prayer is over, and remains with ablution, the angels beseech Allah for his blessings upon him, and pray, “Allah! grant him salvation; Allah have mercy on him” [Bukhari].
The Salutation of the Masjids
Abu Qataadah (ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “When one of you goes to the mosque, he should pray two rak’ats before he sits” [Agreed Upon]
These two rak’ats can be performed at any time of the day or the night. Moreover, if someone enters the mosque on Friday while the Imam is giving the Khutba, he should pray two light rak’ats before he sits.
Jabir (ra) reports that a man came to the mosque on Friday while the Prophet (saws) was delivering the Khutba. The Prophet asked him: “Did you offer the Salah?” The man replied: “No!” He told him: “Pray two rak’at” [Bukhari & Muslim].
In another hadeeth the Prophet (saws) said: “If one of you comes to the mosque on the day of Friday and the imam is delivering the khutba, he should pray two rak’ats and make them quick” [Muslim].
Calmness in the Masjids
It is forbidden to raise voices while being inside a mosque in such a way that it disturbs others’ prayers, even if it is done while reciting the Quran. ‘Abdullah ibn Umar related that the Messenger of Allah (saws) entered upon people while they were praying and they were raising their voices in the Quranic recital. The Prophet (saws) said: “One who is praying is in a private conversation with his Lord so he should be mindful of whom he is conversing with_ And you should riot raise your voices against each other while reciting the Qur’an” [Ahmed].
Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri (ra) reported that the Prophet (saws) was making seclusion (i’tikaf) in the mosque and he heard the people reciting (Qur’an] aloud. He removed the covering and said: “Verily, each of you is in a private conversation with his Lord so you should not disturb each other. And you are not to raise your voices against each other in the recitation” [Abu Dawud & an-Nasai].

Qazi sees international conspiracy against nuclear Pakistan GEO TV Updated at: 1719 PST, Sunday, May 10, 2009 SIALKOT: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) former Amir Qazi Hussain Ahmed on Sunday said that international conspiracies were being hatched against Pakistan due to its nuclear capability. Addressing a news conference here, he said that United States, Israel and India were behind these conspiracies against nuclear Pakistan. He regretted that Pakistan is an ally of non-Muslim states instead of Muslim nations. Ahmed underscored that the country needed to end its alliance with the U.S. to resolve all of its problems. Former JI Amir further said that “The United States wants to see Indian dominance in this part of the world.”

Sufi might have been a little ‘Kafir’ too: Munawar News Desk Thursday, April 23, 2009
RAWALPINDI: Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Syed Munawar Hassan has said that Tehrik Nifaz Shariat-e-Muhammad chief Maulana Sufi Muhammad had once contested elections of local councillor and won it and therefore might have been a little ‘Kafir’ (infidel) too. Talking to newsmen in Lahore after meeting a delegation of Khaksar Tehrik led by Hameeduddin Al-Mashriqi, he said that the 1973 Constitution was a consensus document having the support of all ulema of the country. Therefore, Sufi Muhammad should consult the ulema and elders before passing edicts.

Jamat-e-Islami Chief Syed Munawar Hassan and other Mullahs have raised objection on this latest Calamity of Takfir [Declaring Apostate] by Sufi Muhammad whereas not very long ago, the same Syed Munawar Hassan, while talking to an International Online Magazine http://www.atimes.com had himself issued an Indirect Fatwa of Takfir [Declaring Apostate], in his own words:

Here you go: [Sufi Muhammad said challenging the Qazi courts’ verdicts in the high court or the Supreme Court of Pakistan would be tantamount to betrayal of Islam.

“UNQUOTE”
Despite all the rantings of Maulana Sufi Muhammad of TNSM and other such Khariji Anarchists, Islam discourages Fatwa Mongering of Takfir [declaring someone Apostate].
“The judgement of apostasy and expelling someone from the religion is only appropriate for the people of knowledge who are firmly grounded in knowledge, and they are the judges in the various Sharee’ah law courts, and those who are able of giving legal verdicts. And this is just like the other matters, and it is not the right of every person, or from the right of those who are learning, or those who ascribe themselves to knowledge, but who have deficiency in understanding. It is not appropriate for them to make judgements of apostasy (upon others). Since, mischief will arise from this, and sometimes a Muslim might be judged as an apostate but he is not actually so. And the takfir of a Muslim who has not committed one of the nullifications of Islaam contains great danger. Whoever says to his brother “O Kaafir” or “O Faasiq”, and he is not like that, then the words will fall back upon the one who said them. Hence, the ones who actually judge with apostasy are the legislative judges and those who are able and fit for giving legal verdicts. And as for those who enforce the judgements they are the leaders of the Muslims (wullaat al-amr). As for whatever is other than this, then it is mere confusion.”
“Meting out the punishments is only appropriate for the leader of the Muslims and it is not for every person to establish the punishment, since confusion, and corruption necessarily follows from this, and also the cutting off of the society, tribulations and provocations occur. Establishing the punishments is appropriate (i.e. befits only) to the Muslim leader. The Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said, “Pardon each other for the punishments that are between you, but when the execution of the punishment reaches the [authority of the] Sultaan, then Allaah curses both the one who seeks intercession and the one who grants the intercession [i.e. to revoke the punishment]”. And from the responsibilities of the Sultaan in Islaam, and from those matters that befit him is the establishment of the punishments after they have been established legislatively, via the Sharee’ah law courts, upon the one who fell into the crime for which the legislator has designated a specific punishment, such as for stealing. So what has been said is that establishing the punishments (i.e. meting them out) is from the rights of the Sultaan, and when the Muslims do not have a Sultaan amongst them, then they should just suffice with commanding the good and forbidding the evil, and calling to Allaah, the Might and Majestic, with wisdom, good admonition and arguing with that which is best. And it is not permissible for individuals (in the society) to establish the hudood, since that, as we have mentioned, will bring about chaos, and also provocations, and tribulations will arise, and this contains greater corruption than it contains rectification. And from amongst the Sharee’ah principles that are submitted to is, “Repelling the harmful things takes precedence over bringing about the beneficial things”. http://chagataikhan.blogspot.com/2009/04/munawar-hassan-sufi-muhammad-jamat-e.html
How CIA and other such outfits work?
ISLAMABAD: One of the top security agencies on Wednesday picked up Raja Ehsan Aziz, a member of Tehrik-e-Islami (TI), for his alleged connections with terrorists who had attacked the Parade Lane Mosque in Rawalpindi and Moon Market in Lahore. Tehrik-e-Islami is a splinter group of the JI. Two female members of the Tehrik have already been taken into custody. Sarwat Wahid, another female member whose son’s car was used in the Parade Lane Mosque attack, is missing. Also her son, Jawad, who was studying in Faisalabad after doing A Level from Beacon House School System, is missing. Aziz, a graduate of Columbia University who also served on senior positions at the Foreign Office, is a retired professor of International Relations, Quaid-i-Azam University. His elder son is an Army doctor. Aziz was taken away from his house in G/10-3 on Wednesday evening by sleuths of the Counter-Terrorism Cell, his wife Amira Aziz told The News. Aziz has been picked up for the second time, his wife said, denying any links of the family with terrorism incidents. “I’m a sworn enemy of America and can pay any price for it but I strongly oppose terrorism within Pakistan,” Amira Aziz told The News. She said the intelligence operatives had been following the women activists of Tehrik-e-Islami for the last six months and harassed them. She alleged that her husband was beaten black and blue when picked up last time and kept in illegal custody for a night. Amira said her son, Omer, a heart patient, was very upset when intelligence guys kept his father in their custody for a night. A female member of Tehrik, Najma Sana, who lives in G-9/1, is already in the agency’s custody for the last 10 days. Sarwat Wahid, after being chased by the intelligence agency, left Islamabad for Karachi where she was again pursued by the police. Her sister and children in Karachi have been arrested to press for recovery of Sarwat who has gone underground there. Sarwat’s son, Jawad, is also missing. Tahira Mumtaz, another female member of the Tehrik, was twice called for investigation over her alleged assistance to Sarwat to flee the capital. Altaf Aziz Khattack, SHO, said he was not aware of any such incident. He asked this correspondent to take up the matter with the R A Bazaar police in whose jurisdiction the mosque was attacked.
